>hidden gems
What. It was one of the most heavily marketed animated films of all time.

He's living under a rock probably

>everything about this movie is awesome.
i see what you did there

Marketed AND praised.

Really?
It went completely under the radar in my country, I also don't remember many people talking about it here.

>hidden gems

What?

As for actual hidden gems, I'd recommend checking out Secret of Kells and Song of the Sea for some comfy viewing.
Ernest and Celestine is another one of those.

I really can't wait for the Lego Batman movie

It won't be as good, Emmet carried the movie on his back

off the top of my head in the past few years

Paranorman and Coraline. You can watch boxtrolls too but I don't think it was as good (and if you like these films, look up Kubo and the Two Strings, which is coming out this summer)

Inside out

I was not expecting anything out of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, but that was surprisingly good. And it was made by the same people that did Lego Movie.

Madagascar 3. I didn't care about this series, but I caught this one on TV and ended up liking it.

>Coraline
That's a good shout

Loved it but funnily enough didn't care at all for Paranorman

Inside Out is not hidden at all, but perhaps to OP it is

yeah, If he missed Lego movie I can't really tell what was advertised and what wasn't so I'm just throwing good movies out there.

I'd also suggest Toy Story and Shrek as hidden gems to OP.

No, that was the piece of resistance on his back. Did you not even watch the movie?

Any time I can shill The Prophet

Don't get triggered by the title, it's really not religious.

I will always recommend this to anyone asking for one

I didn't like Paranorman either. Just wasn't the same.

Paperman is a nice short, 15 minutes or so but it's sweet and looks nice visually

Spic or Slab?

not everyone pays attention to commercials

>hey where's emmett? where's my best friend emmett?!

where the hell can I watch that movie? is it available on blu ray or any streaming services? because I'm looking and that movie seems to be vaporware.

Kung Fu Panda, all three of them. It's impressive that they made the three movies distinct from one another as well, rather than just rehashing the same premise every time.

Goddamn that movie was good. Could've been nominated for best documentary, best animated film and best picture if the academy werent so gutless.

Rob Schrab is a visionary genius! I can't wait for the 2nd one

Third worlders frustrate me
>NOONE IN MY COUNTRY KNEW ABOUT IT
>mostly cus we dont have internet

>Watch now on Amazon Video $4.99

Phil Tippit's Mad God

just looked it up and it doesn't seem to be available on the UK amazon. Seems the film was never released in the UK at all after a quick IMDB search. Well fuck

2 is genuinely GOAT honestly. One of my favorite animated films.

yeah, my friend showed me 2 the other day. the 2D bits were gorgeous and the whole thing was pretty cool but my problem with all the KFP movies came up with it, which is that I can't stand Po's character.

It's a pity really, because I would quite happily watch a furious five movie, but every time Po's on screen I just end up being annoyed.
