Is Inherent Vice, dare I say it, the perfect movie?

Is Inherent Vice, dare I say it, the perfect movie?

no, perfection is not in its nature

Perfectly mediocre and forgettable

I couldn't fucking stand the voice of the bitch that narrates, holy shit was it irritating as fuck.

Punch Drunk Love
The Master
There Will Be Blood
Inherent Vice
Boogie Nights
Sydney
Magnolia

imo

So much this. Might me a producers choice though.

what is he eating

PANECAKO

No because it's just a shitty rip-off of the big Lebowski. Maybe if it had one fucking plot instead of three it would have been better.

faggots
her voice is sexy af

Marihuana, young man, the devil's weed.

Not perfect, but fucking hilarious and one of the best of the 2010s so far.

PTA has directed a few of her music videos, I imagine it was his choice.

MOTO PANEKEKU

why are we having daily inherent vice threads now? some autist watched and can't stop creating them?
this always makes me think Sup Forums is 15 people shitposting daily

Sorry its taking away from your rick and morty and colbert threads.

Best PTA, Top 10 of this decade.

you have depression and spend too much time on this board

One causes the other desu.

her voice is great when she's singing
not the best narrator though

nigga i used to create threads about inherent vice and nobody would post there, it's my favorite movie alongside the big lebowski
well that's unfortunately true

This movie fucking sucked. The nice guys was everything I wanted this boring incoherent shit to be. Seriously why the fuck did josh brolin eat all the weed including the rolling papers?

i dono man. i didn't like it as much as the other PTA movies.
it's just too complicated and full of itself. i hate using this word to describe movies of this caliber but it really feels pretentious.

There's something about this film that fucking gets me every time. It's like Magnolia, in the sense that, once I start watching, it just takes me for a ride and I can't stop.

I'm not even sure if the film is good.

DUDE WEED LMAO

Meh ... his best are "Magnolia" & "There Will Be Blood". This film is sure to have a spot within top 5 of PTA's efforts.

>Seriously why the fuck did josh brolin eat all the weed including the rolling papers?

Because The Man doesn't understand drugs.

I think its rare for films invoke that nowadays so yes, its good.

films feel so shallow now feelsbad

Yes actually. Its in the running for comfiest movie of all time and it has a killer soundtrack
My favorite is the Ouija board scene. It evokes longing and memories very strongly, plus it leads into your scene

is your mouth, dare i say it, the perfect place for my cock?

Honestly when hes about to get OD'd and escaped was tense as fuck.
Or owen wilson in the fog.
