I honestly hope this means that they will be taking incidents of harassment seriously from now on and that they make new company policies that reflect that such behavior will no longer be tolerated within the company and that harassment of any sort, not just sexual, would be grounds for instant termination if proven to be true. I also hope they will be thorough in investigating such claims in the future.
