When France had to give up Algeria in 1962 under huge international pressure towards the end of colonization, it had no problem deporting more than 1 million of its own citizens back to motherland.

Money streams that fund "cultural institutions", educational facilities, or religious institutes should be stopped immediately and these organizations should be closed.
To those who refuse, they should be made to leave in due time. For those without citizenship or dual citizenship it's easy; rescind European citizenship and deport them.
