This movie is fun. What do you guys think of it? It holds up so well.
Something it does make me wonder is why men (not necessarily in the movie. I mean in general) are so into the idea of a female devil being sexy. I also feel that way myself, but why does the idea of being with something that will be the absolute worst thing that could happen to you turn almost every man on? It's like if you saw someone break their leg and would think "oh man I hope that happens to me!".

This movie is one of my favorites but the second half is weirdly paced. The first few wishes had substance to them and then the director/writers were like "fuck, this movies gonna be 3 hours long so just start cutting shit". Ending also sucked. Instead of learning that he only liked Allison for her looks he learns nothing and dates a clone of Allison for her looks.

Probably because the Devil is vanity incarnate. I'm not sure how much of that is actually in the Bible but Lucifer is generally regarded as beautiful. I feel like he works best in movies as someone beautiful (Bedazzled) or someone super creepy (Constantine)
