Shakes the Clown

I've had so many of those Saturday/Sunday mornings where I had to roll over in bed, grab my phone, and go on an apology tour for all the dumb shit I did/said last night. Ugh.

One time I woke up in the morning with my big toe completely fucked, black and blue, with no recollection of what I did to it.

Trying to just stick to beer now since it seems to get me into less trouble.

I recommend you go no further. Alcohol withdrawals are hell.

Wake in Fright is the only film that made me experience second hand hangover
>that scene where he wakes up all fucked up with nothing to drink but beer again

yeah sticking to beer works well, I know

tfw you've been kicked out of more guests houses than you can remember

no matter what Cirrhosis is still a bitch

Thats nothing. Ive been to jail for a DUI and woken up in the hospital with no idea how I got there

later managed to watch it, but it wasn't even so much hardcore alcoholic, but it was a decent, entertaining movie.

I think I'm a weird kind of alcoholic. Not the kind where you need to wake up and pour Jim Beam in your Cheerios. It's more isolated incidents.

I don't have a constant craving for alcohol, but once I start it's hard to stop.

Pintman film when?

its a slippery slope, especially when you start thinking about that first beer at 11am

...

Well I don't drink daily either. But my binges are getting more and more dangerous. There may be months in between. You may be a dipsomaniac.

Oh, I've had multiple driving incidents, just never got caught. Back when I was 20, I crashed my car driving drunk and had to walk to work for a good three months or so.

My life

Tombstone

Last time in hospital I got admistered 120mg of diazepam but they couldn't get me to fall asleep. Eventually I woke up in a toilet. It was the only dark, quiet place they could think of. Don't go this far.

>getting addicted by alcohol
>getting AFFECTED by alcohol

i dont drink because it doesnt do shit for me. i dont get drunk, i dont get buzzed, i dont get tipsy, i dont get lightheaded. the only thing that happens to me is my butthole loosens up, and that only lasts like 10 minutes after i stop.

you have to be a real bitch to get drunk. ESPECIALLY off beer. holy shit beer. its like getting a sugar rush off club soda.

and no this isnt a shitpost. alcohol fucking blows. id be more understanding if you were all addicted to coke or something

Alcohol is a double edged sword if there ever was one. Ive had very low moments where I could have died (passing out and waking up on the side walk alone) but Ive also had alot of great times with friends and gotten laid many times through alcohol.

>i dont drink because it doesnt do shit for me
>id be more understanding if you were all addicted to coke or something

Funny you mention that. I tried coke a couple times and it didn't do much for me. Honestly didn't feel much different than drinking a Redbull or something. Pricey and overrated.

>gotten laid many times through alcohol

This is a catch 22. Alcohol gets girls loose, but kills my dick. It also increases my tendency to ignore the condom in my pocket.

Walk down the memory lane

One time I had to get counseled and evaluated for substance abuse in the military and had to write an essay about how alcohol affected my life, and I wrote about what you said, the both sides of it. As soon as the counselor read it she called my First Sergeant and gave me a clean bill of health. I should have just said alcohol is horrible, desu.

obviously not

you baby livered faggot

wake in fright is great film. Very few films show how hard work binge-drinking really is. Even eating is just quick fuel so that you can take another drink

The Master was pretty good

Leaving Las Vegas

same here. i could go forever without alcohol, but once i have one or two, i feel like i need to keep going.

i've done all kinds, but alcohol fucks me like no other

any western

How was that about alcoholism?

good one

Crazy heart

It's the exact opposite for me. I snorted multiple lines of 100% pure coke (I knew for sure) on multiple occasions and it did nothing for me, except make my nose drip and made the back of my throat numb. I've gotten drunk as shit though.

I don't know what a "clean bill of health" is, but the name makes it sound like that is what you wanted to get.

You kidding? It's one of the main problems of Freddie that Lancaster uses.

Basically she said I didn't need to be in substance abuse treatment. But I probably did.

I don't remember, probably fell asleep watching it.
