I'm taking a mandatory college course and this was included in one of the slides. Is this an accurate representation of these 3 ideologies or are they biased?

>Liberalism
>Free to pursue individual goals

kek

OP can you show us the name of the author? I sense jewish trickery.

>Liberalism
>Free to pursue individual goals

which college?

and no, that is pretty skewed

Gee this has no bias at all

So glad i graduated without ever seeing shit this bad.

Too simplistic. One can believe that people are inherently good while also believing they are inherently self-serving.

It varies from person-to-person.

>mandatory college
Hol up.
Is this related to what you are studying or is it one of ((those)) courses?

What the fuck, is this even allowed?

I meant
>mandatory college course

SOCIALISM is inherently imperfect and selfish, those within the party got the best food, and all the perks along with being a party member

Where are you OP? what province

>inherently good
>free to pursue individual goals
>throws people in jail for thought crimes and hate speech

What state?

Probably referring to classical liberalism such as the founding fathers

That's classical liberalism
classical liberalism != modern "liberals"

Goddamit I keep thinking this only happens in Canada

This is only true in a historical context where monarchies, despots, and some oligarchies are part of the "conservative" cluster. Western democracies are all pretty liberal in historical contexts.

Canada is so cucked they can't imagine anyone else being more cucked than them.

> Let me tell you what you think and why it's wrong and I am better

DELET THIS

Florida

Yeah I shouldn't be sharing this but here you go

This is absolutely wrong on every level. Bs professor pushing agenda

You guys are about to be cucked hard by Shillary so I wouldn't laugh too hard

>share the suffering, it's 2016.

Old-style (actual) liberalism was born from the dissent of absolute monarchies. It was nurtured in the Renaissance and bloomed in the the Age of Enlightenment, particularly with the French Revolution.

It meant individuals started believing they had unalienable, human rights guaranteed to them because they were born in a civilized society. This stood at odds with the monarchies of old, so it was here you saw liberalism flourish. Nowadays, as long as you don't live in a developing country, you pretty much have all the rights the liberals of yore yearned for.
Modern liberals are simply Communist. Make no mistake.

Can you clone Trump?

Seems pretty accurate. Sorry Sup Forumslacks.

Maybe libertarianism is more like what classical liberalism was.

explain

if their definition of "liberalism" is that of classical liberalism, aka an ideology that hasn't existed for over 150 years, that part is correct

there's an obvious bias in all parts of the conservative column, "inherently imperfect", "obey the power structures", "divisions are natural". it's clearly written to turn off anyone in their early 20s.

as for socialism, i'd say it's about right.

really in the end you should be angry that you're being forced to take a class in a public college (i assume) that you're paying for.

Hate speech is ultimately detrimental society.

The thing is, in our society (and yours) they don't fucking lock people up for hate speech and never have.

And never will.

Looks about right

It's biased but much better than I'd expect from a professor.

It's just outdated as fuck. In all honesty the old liberal/conservative paradigm is dead in the water. Liberals used to represent the left-wing, but progressives have taken over and entirely ruined it. Conservatives became cuckservatives and have been shoved out recently by the alt-right.

So, no, it's not accurate anymore.

its fair since they are talking about classic liberalism

this is also what the ideologies themselves think about stuff

My views are C/L/S/C&L ... I tend to take a fairly conservative approach to most things living in the South and all (granted I'm closer to center than half the niggers and rednecks that inhabit my area)

Conservatism seems the most reasonable of the three. Does anyone seriously believe that all people are inherently good except naive kids?
