Normies enjoy movies more than you

>normies enjoy movies more than you

I cannot stop thinking about muh cinematography, the acting, the script, etc.

Anyone else has this feel?

...

So what, normies "enjoy" listening to pop or whatever is on the radio, that doesn’t mean that you should too.

Also I'm pretty sure I watch and enjoy far more films than any regular normie, they like to say how they "like watching movies" but they watch maybe a single movie every month, tv shows are normies main diet.

Then why not watch movies that have more interesting cinematography, acting, and scripts than normie ones?

Your power level is there user but you just have use it.

I can relate op, but different medium. I grew up listening to music and liked it so much that I became a musician. I dissected all the stuff I liked so much as a kid and learned how it was done. But then I found that I couldn't just listen to music anymore. My brain always pulls apart the mix to figure out how many guitars are playing, what part of the drum track is sampled, what effects they used, etc etc. And I can't go back. Music will never be like it was.

Yeah family, still enjoy the flick tho

Just watch better movies. I started hating music a bit after working as a composer, but it passed once I took they for what they were and appreciated the work put into the actually well done shit.

Me...

just wait for the moment when you start hearing the voice overdubs done in post production.

>scene is cooking along
>two actors arguing
>close up on actors faces
>dialog reaches crescendo
>suddenly a cut to the rear
>the speaking actor is now facing away from the camera
>voice changes ever so slightly
>unnecessary, explanatory line is added to help normies understand plot arc
>cut back to actor face

Get drunk as fuck and you will be a happy pleb, even better if you DUDE WEED LMAO too

kids enjoy playing with dirt but you do not envy them

I'm pretty forgiving to most movies compared to a lot of the people I know.

which are some /normiecore/ essentials?

I notice this shit and it drives me crazy.

shawshank redemption
surely some batman shit
lotr
star wars

This literally applies to any interest you have that normies can also have at a very base level.

Take porn for example. Normal people watch a girl and guy have sex where the most exciting thing that happens is maybe a facial or even anal. That's it. For me however, I get upset because normal shit does nothing for me, the latest thing that got me hard was a series of a images of a loli violently vomiting.

I'm genuinely jealous of those who can just watch bland vanilla shit and get rock hard whilst doing so. I on the other hand cannot and sadly need depraved shit to even think about jacking off.

Fargo
Taxi Driver
The Deer Hunter
The Godfather
Battle Royal

Maybe you should stop listening to shitty music that has guitars and drums in it.

yes

Normies are not enjoying movies, they're enjoying company. Everything is good with a nice company

How am I supposed to know what's good "cinematography" without taking a class or some shit

>Boondock Saints used to be my favorite movie
>Then I became a film buff
>Afraid that if I go back and watch Boondock Saints it's going to suck.
Life used to be simpler when I could enjoy most movies

t. Nigger music

all good movies

>Watch GOTG2 with friends
>Hate it because it's generic as shit
>Friends love it because Groot is cute and they had fun watching it
Who's in the wrong here

it does suck

this happened to me with my gf

My gf in high school dragged me to see Transformers 2. She, along with the rest of the theater, clapped at the end of that abortion. I literally got up and walked out of the theater without her. I think that was the signal of the end of our relationship actually, I remember ranting to her about how much I despised that movie in the car ride home

Happens with every movie with my gf. She loves every movie I tolerate or find to be okay if I ignore all the bad stuff. Every movie I really like, at some point during the movie she states how much she doesn't like it or doesn't like the lead character.

It's been pretty stressful on me because it's so often she likes none of what I like in movies. I didn't realize they were so important to me until we started liking none of the same things.

I was thinking more about classical.
