Curse of three Snyders

Can DC escape the curse of the three snyders?
Zack fucking Superman
Stu fucking DC Nation and action cartoons in general
Scott who trashed the Batman mythos after Morrison's run which left room for good expansion of the character and universe

An unholy trinity

Why would DC want to get rid of Scott Snyder when most people like him and he brings in money

Scott is not that bad. His run was just boring.

>three Snyders
>three Jokers
SUDDENLY IT ALL MAKES SENSE.

BRAVO SNYDER^3

Scott Snyder had one of the most critically and commercially successful runs in years. Sorry he wasn't Morrison Jr., but he's nowhere near the shitshows of the other 2 guys.

This.

I mean, beyond maybe disliking some of Scott's stuff, the worst thing you could say about him is that he's made Batman DC's undisputed bestseller for 3-4 years running, something that wasn't true for decades. That, of course, leads to DC being more Batman-heavy than ever before, but it's not as if Scott was some evil mastermind: he took on the task of writing these "epic" (although a bit boring) storylines, delivered something that fans and critics liked, and consistently made Batman popular. That's him being dedicated and talented, not cursed.

>three Snyders in the three cornerstones of DC
HYPERCRISIS?!

Isn't Stu already gone

I have zero problems with Scott. I even bought the Court of Owls box that came with a mask. Most interesting Batman concept since Morrison left.

Too bad that everything that followed owls, and even the ending to owls, was hot garbage that left zero impact on anything.

Nice to hear your opinion mate :^)

Except it sold well and was critically praised and was popular among fans.

Everything that didn't involve the Joker was good

Harper Row? Is that you?

The damage still remains.

She wasn't in the vast majority of Synder's run. Batman Eternal isn't Synder's.

Dude sucks at writing endings. See also: Wake, The.

Naw, but he is responsible for her creation, she first showed up in one of his filler issues.

But she was developed by his cronies though.

The worst thing you could say about Snyder is that he's made Batman into his own character that acts nothing like Batman in a city that is nothing like Gotham and surrounded by supporting characters that are nothing like the Bat-family. Even his villains are different.

The best thing you could say about him is that there's nothing that's memorably bad in his run because there's nothing memorable in it at all.

This.
Scott contributed with the new The Court of Owls villain which is pretty cool. He brought a new take on the Batman origin and the Joker which everyone but Sup Forums loved. Plus he is very beginner friendly and brought it a lot of money, considering that his Batman run was very successful, opinions aside, Scott is nowhere near as bad as the other 2

>Batman into his own character that acts nothing like Batman
That's the point,he tried to make Batman as a character interesting considering the "muh parents,Batman is boring" meme around here.

We must rape the Snyder's, Batman!

Stu gutted action cartoons and completely shifted the content from action and slapstick "classic cartoon" humor to slice of life and oddball/random cartoons, and attempted to get live action in, which tanked. His policy still stands there apparently, since not a single action cartoon has been made since he left.

>I didn't read Morrison's run
He literally returned the character to "muh parents, muh brooding" where Morrison had him move beyond that and become a loving father and true leader.
Fuck you didn't even read Snyder's run...

This is just a meta narrative of the executives winning for now. This is the part of the comic that is painful to read when the bad guys are winning.

Don't worry user. Keep reading heroes don't loose, they just keep fighting. Nothing stops the human spirit.

BRAVO JOHNS

>His policy still stands there apparently, since not a single action cartoon has been made since he left.

We're getting Justice League Action later this year.
