No. Even if all of Russia were white/slavic it wouldn't matter. Culturally speaking they are different than Europeans and this is expressed time and time again in Russian literature. The Russians have a distinct ethos separate from (western) Europeans, which they are not necessarily at odds with, but they struggle with Europe's influence over them.
