Soon, or not. Lets see if I get pulled away again by work. In the meantime you can check out my outdated Garnet model. I've since been working on a newer improved version, but this one is pretty good for the time being. It uses face flexes as opposed to facial rig bones.
I highly suggest only using the Blender versions. I included other versions like for 3DS Max, but I don't have those programs so I have no way of testing how well they work, if at all. The best version is on Blender.
I only use freestyle when I'm playing around with render settings, so I can't really help you with it, but there should be a guide explaining it's ins and outs on youtube.
Also, for anyone using the Garnet model, I might have accidentally left a link to an environment texture on one of the models. You'll know if I did because the sky will be a bright pink for the missing texture. Here's how you get rid of it assuming it is there.
