Atlanta is set to cave into BLM demands that "racist" laws that blacks frequently break be repealed. Ordinance 16-O-1413 introduced by city council member Kwanza Hall (yes, that's his real name), would make a long list of current city laws null and void. These include:

In the 70s and 80s radio stations would do treasure hunts where they'd bury some amount of money or other prize in the city and then announce clues on the radio. This resulted in a large amount of trespassing and damage to private property as people thinking they guessed the clues correctly would break in or dig up someone's property.
>(a) Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

I lived in downtown near Centennial Olympic Park for over a decade. Things improved slowly but it was in the right direction but once Mayor Kasim Reed got his lips permanently attached to Kikelord Arthur Blank's penis, all the day to day stuff has gone to shit.
