The artist Mike Choi is actually really fucking good when he gets to shade and crosshatch or is given a good colorist like his ex wife.
But with this issue... he seems to be drawing digitally which itself just looks blah but the colorist is god fucking awful.

Yeah, the issue with the art is the colouring, I'd say. It's got really inconsistent shading and the colours themselves are out of a poorly made cartoon.
