There's quite a big difference between upper class and upper middle class desu. And here there's also a huge difference in how old money vs new money vs "celebrities" live.
Old money usually values historic buildings so they usually go for 17th century canal houses and buitenplaatsen (17th century villas outside cities), or 1930s rustic villas. They're also highly represented in certain towns like Wassenaar, Aerdenhout and Laren.
