Yes, i have.
good carpet

I prefer to hang rugs on the wall.

Being from Iran yes

I find them really unpleasing to look at. I prefer modern carpets with less details.

do you have them all over your walls for insulation?

Nope, I prefer hardwood floor. Requires less maintenance and doesn't stain or hold smells.

>hardwood doesn't stain
hmmmm

Yes I have.

my grandparents had these when i was kid, not anymore though

They sold it and paid your school fees, didn't they?

now
FLY!

Your whole country is unpleasing to look at.

no, they are just seen as old fashioned and almost no one has these anymore. Just another relic from the Ottomans

I have two :3

Looks like someone on acid designed these rugs

only laid out on special occasion like eid or parties. No shoes though because it supposed to be felt against your feet.

those kids are cute

thank you.
me with the pink handbag.

I had one but a chinaman pissed on it

We had few of these 10 years ago but they are not popular anymore in Serbia...

an actual, quality Persian carpet is crazy expensive, I doubt people here own one
they probably think of some shitty factory made one that tries to imitate a certain style

>is crazy expensive
They're like 5k. Not that expensive

Yup, those: were popular in 90s probably (or even 80s, dunno, I was born in ' 93) but they all were copies I guess..

>Switzerland
>not that expensive

kek

5k is more than 2 average monthly income in most European countries, not many people can afford that for high quality décor
and even at 5k quality / size is not on the higher end with Persian rugs

t. Mountain Jew

It's a rug, not a carpet

>It's merely the fillings of 50 jew teeth

These guys.

kek

I have one but I just use it as a mat for my chair so it doesn't scratch up the hardwood floor

jesus christ, clean your room user

I have two of them , but it is an Kashmiri carpet .

post a pic of your room, user:^)

...

It's just a bunch of crumbs. I'm gonna vacuum today

Can't see the rug but fug it

What are you doing?!
Quickly, hang it on the wall!

the only thing that bothering me is a little room for your legs but other than that looks comfy desu. nice looking heater btw

Nop, but i think it's pretty nice.

It's depends on the percentage of silk on it. The cotton ones are "cheap", the silk ones... Boy, cost you as much as a car.

Why "Iranian" ? I use one to pray on

this

shit this family has a new baby every year
asian productivity

close up on your library pls

>all the dust
only fire can purify this

>I use one to pray on

also

dat flag

>me on the far right

My parents do. Counting all the past ones, I think they have had 5-6 carpets. Costs a fortune but dad's a pretty good haggler so we got good deals.

I have a shitty fake one that I got after begging my parents for it as my combined 11th birthday + christmas present.
Love it, though I'm looking to buy a real one.
Not really sure where to get good quality but not expensive rugs for around ~$800

Have one of these in literally every room of the house no joke.

Woah, where did you buy it from?
Which state do you live in?

Find an afghan or persian rug store, Sydney has alot. They are quite pricey tho, ranging from $1000-$5000.

see

Welp, you're probably right, I'd need a job to afford those and I'm not going sober for 3 months of welfare to pay for those.
Do you have iranian background btw?

I love them, my grandfather owns a lot of antiques rugs, i wish i were wealthy enough to get a beautiful one. I have a few cheap ones

I put carpet on the walls of my sitting room
makes it very cozy and I like the smell of the tapestry

Nah, I'm afghan.

I've downloaded several patterns from Iran yes

giga-slav

fucking kek

quality thread/10

you WOULDN'T download A RUG

I have mousepads and coasters with these designs on them, if that counts.

Really nice user.

This is a new kind of post modern slaviness? (i liked)

literally stealing

Probably it's public domain. Some rugs being photographed are 100yo.

made my day

>only one jew bar of gold
You templars are the worst.

I inherited two very expensive rugs from my grandpa, they are super heavy, and worth around 150k DKK combined

>makes a perfect copy of you in a videogame
how is that gonna help when you don't exist anymore

It'll help humanity

>still butthurt about muslims

my Bosnian brothers sure are based

/thread

I see what you did there, so rude. Please don't talk to me ever again

yes, my mother bought one on her trip to India
surprisingly everyone seemed to know how to poo in loo, but then again she stuck to the main streets.

Indian food is also comfy af

+15 Rupees

>spending 5k on a fucking rug
I spent 1.2k on my laptop. I'm not buying a damn rug for four times that

to answer the question my house has no rugs except those outside the washrooms on which you dry your feet.

>shitty factory made
So they're standardized and cheap?
Why should I pay for 10,000 man-hours of iranian laborers instead of buying a cheap mass-produced version?

I'm not paying 5k for old-lady bragging rights.

I know some soldiers who made money buying them in afghanistan and selling them back here. Gemstones as well.
