ITT: Animated films everybody forgot about

Dude that's the Little Mermaid of the current disney era.

Ratatouille

The King and I

Was that film even any good?

I liked it a lot
the biggest problem was Miley Cyrus's voice acting. the rest of it was pretty great

I liked it.

Well, not the hamster, but I liked it.

I got a blowjob during that movie

I liked Bolt.

No, it's the Oliver and Company.
Princess and the Frog was the Little Mermaid and Meet the Robinsons was The Great Mouse Detective

storytime?

THEE most forgettable disney movie of all time.

>disney movie
are you really this stupid?

i liked it, it´s a feel gud movie.

it had a little bit of zootopia´s cutenes and heart with a 1/100 of it´s ambition and scale

the most forgettable movie is that disney madagascar knockoff. I dont even remember its name. I just remember a giraffe and a squirrel hooking up

>Blue Sky logo is right on that poster above the title
>Disney movie

Wild was planned before Madagascar

let that shit sink in.

Seriously underrated

People being it up here all the time.

...

I didn't think it was that bad

Most be a rare occasion then.

...

...

I thought it was shit. All I remember from that movie was the hypnosis sequence.

I honestly remember this more than I do the first movie.

Still no one seems to mention this. It was a pretty good sequel.

It was.

I grew up with this movie and never saw the original until I was in my teens.

If you wanna talk "forgotten animation" though it's a bitch and a half to find even a crappy copy of Twice Upon a Time.

...

>Pitbull

Probably an European thing but this was my favorite Asterix movie that I have recently re-discovered.

Never heard about Twice Upon a Time but it looks damn interesting.

...

Flight of the Dragons

The Magic Pudding

Don't make me remember, user.

Considering the cast this really wasn't very good

The Elm-Chanted Forest

...

I JUST watched this yesterday since I was bored and watching a bunch of movies. It's decently good, reminds me of my somewhat recently lost cat Mittens, but still.

It's got it's fair share of obnoxious moments but it's nice.

Best 3d animated film

...

fuck me superwoman

Everyone forgets about this even though it's a Disney Renaissance film. I remember seeing it as a kid and really liking it too.

Yeah, you remember.

It sucked

I remember the first time I saw this. I just randomly saw it on Netflix and booted it up.
I miss those days of Netflix when I first subbed six years ago. I miss muh Spongebob and random movies that actually looked interesting.

...

>you'll never fist Mary's fat cow pussy

Why live

I actually liked Book of Life quite a bit. It did a good job of taking a typical mexican art style and putting it into 3D, and it was welcome to see the protagonist-rival relationship like they did.

Wasn't Rescuers Down Under really good? As in, frequently praised? I'm not sure why people didn't like it, from what I remember.

In a month or two, no one will remember this gem.

seeing the commercials for this growing up i remember the cg looking a /lot/ more passable than it does to me now.

Literally only watched this because of porn.

I think this movie got a lot of credit when it came out but it didn't last. Honestly I think it deserves lasting recognition.

HIT ME ONE TIME

HIT ME TWIIIIIIIIICE

I remember people going apeshit over this movie like it was the second coming of Christ, for some reason.

If we're talking just Disney, then either Atlantis or Chicken Little. In general, the whole Dot franchise. Dot and the Whale, et al.

I never watched it cause the local goth/emo kids were hyped as hell about it. These were also the same people that Larped as vampires at all times of the fucking day, so I basically avoided everything they talked highly of.

It's also why I stopped drinking faygo for the longest time.

>Beyonce

Its always the 2nd rate animated movies that get the biggest stars

I got a pocket, got a pocket full of sunshine . . .

Those are the people I remember being hyped about it too, all because Tim Burton produced it, and this was right around the time Nightmare Before Christmas was exploding in popularity again.

I never forgot about it.

I can still see the horrible concrete texture that they used.

but at least it was better than that shit they pulled in Frozen

i cannot remember a single thing about this movie

That and Twilight was the biggest fucking thing. It's all anyone was talking about. Even my fucking theatre arts instructor wanted us to do a scene from it.

this was terrible

I rewatched it kind of recently, and I couldn't figure out what I liked so much the first time. It was alright though, and the melodramatic possum voiced by William Shatner was fun.

all i remember from this was that it was playing on loop on the TVs on the bus when we went on a field trip in elementary

This was one of those films my dad wanted to watch on family movie night. He'd always get shit like this and the Open Season films cause he thought they were fucking hilarious.

I remember wanting to fuck the Avril Lavigne possum.

In hindsight I'm not sure what was wrong with me. Probably a lot.

First of all, not Disney. Second, calling it "Epic" was its big mistake that killed it. I didn't hate it though.

>tfw no family movie night

I kinda miss em, but it got to the point where it was either these animated movies or shit my sisters picked that were made for tween girls.

>family movie night

god damn, does anyone have any interesting stories or movie choices? my fucking dad made everyon watch plague dogs and watership down, he was a devious mother fucker... i was 7

>family movie night
>everytime dad picks an appropriate mivie it's utter shit

What is it with dads and having the shittiest taste in family movies, before you say anything when it comes to non-family movies his taste is elder god tier.

Literally this, fucking Simpsons movie and Shrek 3 every god damn time

>simpsons movie
just how old are you user?

I made my family watch Shawshank Redemption and The Good The Bad and The Ugly. Everyone enjoyed Shawshank, but general consensus on GBU was "Eh, it's okay".

The last movie we watched together was the Hobbit trilogy. General consensus was that the book was a whole lot better. Youngest sister read the book after watching the movies.

dad always picked the bad comedy/animated films, but it was better than my mom always getting harry potter/magic fantasy films.

Surely I'm not the only one who remembers this.

Remember watching it as a kid and searching years for it again, surprised it isn't more popular.

I remember watching this in like 4th grade. It was decent, from what I recall.

It came out almost 10 years ago

Its not bad but again its Disney so it got the shaft of being over advertised, being catered immediately to kids and adults who wanted to shut their kids up [count how many trailers where you didn't see the Hamster screaming "LET IT BEGIN!"]

It was made to be cheap, fast, and throw away flick to fill their yearly quota of getting something in theaters.

I remember frequently getting this movie confused with Spirited Away

that's trippy. I remember watching it in 7th grade cause it was one of my teachers favorite films. He was also a huge EE&E fan, and would play an episode or two on days where we were caught up on our work. He had a stack of VHS tapes, each one had a single episode. Shit was crazy.

My dad always picked the worst movies but now I'm too old to have family night watching kid movies with him but he watches bad movies with my little brothers. Some things never change

>shit
Nailed it.

not a bad movie but lord is it ugly

7 was pretty cute.

>filename

rango was fucking amazing

the ending was the best

i remember when this and spider man were on payper view, we watched both movies probably 4 to 5 times each that day

Urduja and Dayo. Those two 2D flip movies took fucking years to make.

>storytime
>in totally-not-comic-book thread

I'm actually okay with the music but it would really be better without narration.

GET OFFA MY BACK

I liked it.

Saw this again last year. It's kinda meh, but kudos for being a DreamWorks movie about an animal that DOESN'T talk.

Not that it was ever talked about much here.

it is airing today where i live, should i watch it or just rewatch men in black which also airs today?
