Villains join forces

>Villains join forces

>Hero teams up with villain to take down a bigger threat

>Villains team up then become a couple

> Villain sacrifices himself for the hero
> "If anyone is gonna kill you, it's gonna be me!"

>the big bad is a minor/joke villain elevated to mastermind status

>villain turns out to have a respectable motive

>Villains team up
>all of them proceed to make hilariously convoluted plans and tenuous alliances to try and position themselves to backstab everyone else

>Villain from popular series shows up in a lesser known series
>Main character goes from clever/strong to dumb/pathetic
>Is somewhat humiliated until a more famous hero arrives.

>villains team-up
>they win the first round against the protagonists with the same "power of friendship" bullshit they always lose to on their own

>villain dies
>their head mook is filled with new determination and becomes a legitimate threat from then on

any examples of this? im drawing a blank

>Villain succeeds but later suffers a silly demise

>One of the heroes becomes a villain
>Becomes three times as badass than they were as a hero

Not that user, but I remember Static getting his ass handed to him by the Toymaker until Superman showed up.

>The villain was the hero all this time.

I need some examples of these; looking for new stuff to read/watch.

especially this!!!

>Henchling villain goes out on their own and defeats the hero
>Their boss throws a shit fit because THEY wanted to be the one to beat the hero

>Henchman betrays and/or usurps villain.
>Kills the comic relief or douchey rival in the same episode.

Not that user either, but in 50 years of Doctor Strange I saw this happen a lot of fucking times
>In the last chapter: Sorcerer Supreme outwitting everyone
>In the crossover chapter: Hey, this Loki fella looks like someone you can trust, I will steal Thor's hammer.

There was an episode or two of Kim Possible where Dr. Drakken teamed up with and started dating DNAmy. There was also a short lived Charmcaster+Darkstar romantic villain teamup in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.

>the villain wanted to be caught
>The villain did it thirty minutes ago
>the villain is NOT comedy relief.
>the villain knows the hero outside of costume in some way

Fuck you do-gooder

>Two of the big bad villains start beating the tar out of one another
>The bigger bad suddenly reveals his power level and kicks the other ones teeth in

>Villain actually genuinely cares about his henchmen and gives them speeches about the spirit of friendship and camaraderie.

The villain has a son/sidekick/ child-sidekick
This is a bad trope.

>Henchman realizes he's completely outclassed against the hero and just nopes the fuck out.

>Is even enough of a bro to not let the other dude get into the room

>Villain has a child sidekick
>Abuses them and nearly gets them killed

I've only seen it rarely, but it's always nice to see.

Also
>villain doesn't kill henchmen when they fail, just sits down and talks about how they could improve

Name 10 examples. I'll wait.

>Villain is an all-around better guy than the hero

How is the number of overall examples relevant?

10's a lot. Most of these are things we very rarely see but would like to see more of.

> Hero needs help from a good guy
> Goes looking for them while facing obstacles and henchmen sent by mysterious villain
> Turns out the good guy was the villain all along, and the hero realizes he's fucked

How many of these included or replied to pictorial examples?

Ironman
Batman
Spiderman
X-Men
Aquaman
Justice League
Wonder Woman
Hellboy
Howard the Duck
Action Comics

>Villain actually has good intentions and really cares about the good of humanity
>Hero must stop him cause "i dah gud goy"

>The plot of: Superior Foes

Every Disney movie.

Probably the only thing Naruto handled correctly with the Edgy-red-clouds

>hero and villain team up and defeat a larger threat
>hero decides to let the villain go despite having the chance to end things right there because they just helped save the world

I really don't see Jafar that way

>feed my autism

>it hungers

>Villains join forces
>They fail
>They stay together and seem to be on good terms rather than blame each other.

That was a memorable moment of Spectacular Spiderman was seeing Doc Oc and Vulture working together.

>thread about tropes we want to see more of
>hurr durr none of these thing happen frequently

Yeah well no fucking shit

KILL YOURSELF

>hero and villain team up and defeat a larger threat
>villain decides to let the hero go despite having the chance to end things right there because they just helped save the world
Too bad he was back at it in less than two issues

>Villain is in actual danger
>calls out the hero's name for help
I only know of batman doing that, but I've heard it done from other things before too.

>Villain robs, destroys property, disturbs the peace, and kills other criminals
>Draws the line hard on killing innocents
>Even helps the good guys when a threat puts civilians in harm's way

It was easy to see coming, but it was fun while it lasted.

>An ancient evil awakens

What is:
>Sleeping Beauty
>Tarzan
>Tangled
>Princess and the Frog
>Snow White
>Frozen
>Cinderella
>Lion King
>Aladin
>Robin Hood
>The Aristocats
>Oliver and Company
>Peter Pan

Just curious, when has that ever been done well?

the fuck are you talking about, m8?

...

Legend of Korra season 2.

>the villain gets raped by the hero

>Villain falls in love with henchmen/assistant/partner

I've only seen that once and it was fucking amazing. (the dude with the castle and shit in that one tall image)

>hero and villain team up and defeat a larger threat
>Villain got a taste of heroics and liked it
>Tries going straight

Nine times out of ten it never sticks, or the heroes somehow fuck this up because the writers decide that this is when they should be the biggest jerkasses. But when it DOES stick, it is the most wonderful thing.

>Y-you knew??
>I TRUSTED YOU
Etc. Etc. Etc.

Samurai Jack

>implied blowjob

>The question which once haunted my being has been answered. The future is not fixed, and my choices are my own... and yet, how ironic! For I now find, I have no choice at all! I am warrior... let the battle be joined.

you ever heard of tvtropes user?

Anything where the hero and villain end up together?

I always see people talk about the concept but nothing comes to mind of real examples.

>Villain turns good
>Goes out in a blaze of glory to save heroes

This is nice. People always like villain x hero but what about the ones who like the villains who fight together and then fuck.

>Comic relief becomes a total badass
>Hero encounter villain at store during their day off
>All friends protag is made during series help him fight the villain
>Hero goes inside computer to fight virus

I can only think of one seceniro where that would be cool
>In a sequel Series, a villain the previous cast barley managed to defeat returns

>Henchmen that stays loyal to the villain even after being betrayed and left for dead
