Pushup routines
Do a decent set of pushups before bed and when you wake up. I do 40 or 50, perhapsch you can do more.
Eat slightly better, cut back on beer, don't drink soda. Add some protein powder in there

You're gonna wanna focus primarily on working out your chest and traps. A gym pass and going for an hour five days a week will get you the results you desire.

I've made significant progress toward a Bane body mainly from pushups.
Also keep in mind Tom Hardy actually isn't all that ripped, aside from a few flexing shots he's pretty flabby

Look at Bane's body, he has no abs, the muscle mass is all in his arms, pecs and shoulders. Yes, you can get there (or most of the way there) with lots of pushups
