The Red Spectacles might be my favorite movie.

The entire Kerberos trilogy is absolutely amazing. I'm constantly telling people to watch it. One day it'll have the cult following it deserves. 'Jin-Roh' has gotten respectable home releases but as far as I know The Red Spectacles and Stray Dog only got the one box set (which I'm pretty sure isn't in my region).
I think that it's strange how unknown they are considering that Oshii is one of the biggest names in anime and Jin-Roh is considered an entry-level masterpiece. One would think that its sequels would be well-known as a curiosity if nothing else. If we shill hard enough one day we might get a re-release.
