Marvel and DC would good to move to the TV season model for books and do 12/24 issues in yearly volumes. Commit to title for a yearlong story and don't worry about canceling a book because it end every year. You can still do minis as well.

The Marvel Now ad never said anything about relaunching titles. And Marvel never spoke of it. It'll just be the midpoint of this phase like All-New was where they intro new books and most of the current ones just keep on. They did the same thing a couple years back.

Yeah but if I were buying DC books I'd still have to pay more to follow the titles I like with all this double shipping bullshit. Yeah, it's more story, but I was perfectly fine with 1 book a month. Double shipping most of the titles is just a really transparent play at getting more marketshare. Because who is only going to buy 1 Batman or Detective Comics a month if you read that book?
