Depends on what right wing means. The main problem's are corruption/misuse of public resources and crime due to the drug business and poverty. Left wingers will just make the government bigger and more powerful, so corruption would be even worse. Legalizing the manufacture and consumption of all drugs seems like the a possible solution to the drug problem, it just depends if their policy right now favors economic freedom over conservative values. But since they are allied with the cartels, corruption would be the first thing that needs to be solved, and that is non-partisan
