ITT: Films you should have seen by now at your age but haven't.

I'm 28 and have never seen:
>Godfather trilogy
>Goodfellas and Casino
>Pirates of the Caribbean
>Any Alien flick
>a single Kubrick flim
>Any James Bond film before the Brosnan era
>Shindler's List
>JFK

>A single Kubrick film
You saved so many hours.

What the hell do you usually watch?

mostly capeshit and thrillers

>watching movies just because someone tells you to

...

The worst thing is that film is my main interest and i watch a lot of real obscure shit

>godfather trilogy
>Casablanca
>2001

>le contrarian man

I hate Dave Matthew's but I acknowledge that he is at least talented

Godfather bored me.
Goodfellas was alright, casino was meh.
Only saw the first.
Only saw Prometheus
You don't miss anything
You don't miss anything
meh
Haven't seen it

>Godfather bored me
>Goodfellas was alright

wew

I can't finish the fucking wedding scene in the godfather way to start a fucking trilogy by boring the audience to sleep

36 and haven't seen Titanic and never will

...

godfather, casino and goodfellas are shit
basically unwatchable since every crime film since then has ripped off all the tropes so it seems tired and retread.

you have to be 18 to post here bud

>Citizen Kane
>Dollars trilogy
>Lawrence of Arabia
>any Terminator or Alien film
>any Kurosawa film
>any Charlie Chaplin film
>Back to the Future

31 and I've only seen The Godfather trilogy and the first Pirates of the Caribbean

This post depressed me

Why "should" you have seen Pirates of the Caribbean by your age? Doesn't seem like it's must-watch cinema. Really, the only movies on your list that are must watch are the Kubrick ones. All the other ones, even The Godfather, aren't essential. If you're gonna watch one Coppola film, watch Apocalypse Now.

Ditto.

I've seen all the alien and terminator movies and at least fist full of dollars and back to the future.

But not seeing ClassicKino reeks of pleb. I oughta get around to it some time.

Well for PotC, you're not missing much.

20
>peeping tom
>holy blood
>satans tango

Never bothered to watch the last film of the Godfather trilogy because I saw that it had mediocre reviews.

Loved the first two though.

Goodfellas is good and an easy watch
The first Alien is the only one worth watching
Kubrick is great try watching Shining or Dr Strangelove first

Citizen Kane is kinda boring
Dollars Trilogy and anything Leone is pure kino
Lawrence is amazing but you gotta be in the mood for a 4 hour epic

Myself

>Haven't seen any Tarkovsky
>Haven't seen any Malick (although I tried Tree of Life and turned it off because it screamed pretentious)
>Vertigo
>Spartacus
>James Dean and Marlon Brando films (I have seen and enjoyed On The Waterfront)
>Never seen any of the Monty Python movies

this thread convinced me to never come back to Sup Forums again

>Godfather trilogy
seen
>Goodfellas and Casino
yup
>Pirates of the Caribbean
The original yeah
>Any Alien flick
Nope
>a single Kubrick flim
I've seen 3
>Any James Bond film before the Brosnan era
How is that possible? They're shown quite often, how can you not stumple upon at least one?
>Shindler's List
Haven't seen
>JFK
you're in for a wild ride

I'm 28 and the only western I've ever seen was The good the bad and the ugly. I refuse to watch horseshit, it's trash from barbarian culture.
