Iron Man can only activate a protection against EMP when he sees it's about to be used. Since Bruce Wayne clearly has the superior mind than Stark he by passes this system and uses the EMP, taking Stark out of the fight. Barnes is a simple take down. Finally, him and Cap canonically stalemate each other. Superman has fought a man made out of kryptonite before. Checkmate movie fag.

I love crossovers. I love them so much that just the very though of two characters interacting raises my autism levels through the roof so much that can't help but spasticly sperg. The more obscure and convoluted the better. Marvel and DC? Pretty neat. My Gym Parter's a Monkey with Camp Lazlo? Beautiful. Angela Anaconda, Dan Vs., and Huntik, in a three-way meet-up event? In the Marvel v DC crossover, Supes caught a magic hammer being swung at what should have between fast enough to kill a motherfucker and twice the speed of light.
Keeping in mind he reacts to magic shit like a fit human male and fit human males are decidedly not going to overpower Thor. Fuck's sake Supes lost to Ali when depowered.
