It's a genuine problem facing Europe. Leniancy and trying to welcome them with open arms won't solve it alone. The government needs to put pressure on them to actually fucking integrate, with the carrot being citizenship and the stick being deportation/jailtime/execution. Closing the fucking borders would also help, as would not lying to their native citizens.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do. The world is a terrible place. You won't want to accept it, but it's the only way to move on. Once you can accept that, then you can focus on making the people and places around you oasis of sorts. Honesty, integrity, compassion, conviction. Don't be afraid to speak up, don't be afraid to change your opinions (in either direction), but do try to be as considerate as possible. When it comes to friends, family, and strangers you don't change opinions by mocking or insulting people, unlike what Jon Stewart and co would have you believe. Be strong of character, if not of mind and body. People can sense it, respect it, trust it, and will want to emulate you.
tl;dr be a good person, with strong convictions and a big heart for you and yours (Family -> Friends -> Nation). If you can do that people will look up to you and it will make it easier to have a positive impact on the world, even if it is only a few people around you.
