I think there's an online place called Viewcomic that lets you read it, but I always preferred downloading, so I wouldn't know if its there.
After the bear stuff there was an arc where Finn and Jake find out they had a sister, then the 50th issue had a thing with Finn's past and alternate lives, and then the current one has Finn and Jake doing some stuff with ghosts.
Last one's been pretty uninteresting for me, but it's mostly a Jake adventure.
