>tfw live 20 minutes from the only place in Denmark where you can catch wild salmon
How do you catch it?
put penis in water
Yes.
Yes.
raw buried salmon is very popular in the Nordics around Christmas
great food

you should learn from your dad
good fishing to you!

>seafood
your country is one long coastline surely you eat a lot of seafood?
what is this called? it looks delicious
Smoked salmon/gravlax is alright, bit overrated.
In English 'seafood' refers to things like crab, lobster, mussels, oysters etc, things with shells.
graflax/gravlax

>Shellfish and sea fish, served as food.
say what
is this some regional thing or something?
It's not, here is just autistic.
Nobody uses the word seafood in reference to fish, they'll just say seafood.
I'm not being autistic I'm just trying to help them.
they'll just say fish* sorry I fucked that up
>I'll help them by rudely correcting mistakes I'm making up
Yeah
I'd like to 'help" your fucking face right now
>rudely
What was rude about correcting someone? Do you have such an ego you can't take criticism?
Pull your head out of your arse mate.
*tears up his shirt*
COME AND GET SOME
I get that if someone says they just had seafood they probably mean it included some shellfish, otherwise they'd just say fish, but I don't think anyone would say 'I just had some seafood and fish' because fish would be included in 'seafood'
Don't mess with me sunshine
The word isn't really used that much unless someone says they have a seafood allergy, don't like seafood or w/e. They'll just say 'I just had some fish and prawns' or something.
Do you eat raw dog too?
If so, do you love eating it?
i don't think that's true in american english at least
I don't speak American English so I wouldn't know.
>mfw Americans call fish and chips 'seafood and fries'
Yes
Yes
This looks delicious, now I am hungry again.
No, we'd say you get fish and chips at a seafood restaurant.
Not traditionally no.
But nowadays yes. At sushi place or in tartar form.
Yes. It has been my favorite food since I was a little kid.
yes
Yes. As sushi
yes
FUCK YES
No, raw food is for animals.
Animals eat raw and without table manners, we are far from that besides what everyone here may think. We take pride in being humans, we would like to distance ourselves from animals that are not rational.
We use a fork to eat grains, not with a spoon. Sorry.
>country
Not sure, but people in my state love it mostly because of sushi
t. California
yes, we eat it in many ways, raw, smoked, etc.
Last time I checked we were the highest producer of salmon too.
No. We prefer solted.
And solted solmons eggs

What's the appeal of sashimi? It just tastes like raw fish. I mean why spend all that money when you could just buy raw fish at the market and eat it?
Weeaboos are simply retarded.
because I don't have access to a medical freezer
I like sushi but would never pay for sashimi at a restaurant. I can make it at home in five minutes for a fraction of the price.
>I like sushi
*I like raw fish and rice
It's not unique, it's not special. China and Korea have exactly the same food.
yes and yes
> I like roast beef
*I like cooked meat
It's not unique, it's not special. France and Germany have exactly the same food.
kek butthurt weeaboo
Used to buy raw salmon from costco and make sushi with it. Had enough raw salmon to eat homemade avocado salmon sushi for one week straight.
Stopped doing that when a viral video came out showing worms coming out of some packaged costco salmon.
That's not suppose to happen because fish are suppose to be frozen to kill off parasites inside but I guess something happened with Costco's fish suppliers.
Now I buy sashimi from suppliers that directly sell to restaurants that are frozen beforehand.
Don't want to risk parasites after all.
I rike tasteless raw fish and rice. Characters from my favourite anime eat such trash. I masturbate to deformed chink drawings of little children
t.
I love sushi. Korean food is really good. Kimchi is really good.
Sounds like a medicine name.
Well that was easy. All I had to do was copy paste his comment and out comes a butthurt Zhang.
>Yeah. I'd like to 'help" your fucking face right now.
Punctuation is a thing Pierre
Asian food is pretty lame. Too much rice, soy products, fish, noodles and fried stuff, chicken and pork. And the few real cow meat they have is so flavorless that they have to coat it in sweet&sour sauce to make it edible.
Also servings are too small.
I don't mind eating it every once in a while, but if I had to eat it every day I would kill myself.
graf = burial (cg. Engl. grave)
lax = salmon (cg. Old Engl. leax 'salmon')
