Good thing nobody framed him then

Except it's public record that they did at least once.

True

kys

He wasn't framed the second time

>this time they got it right!

Steven Avery's supposed guilt or innocence should be all but inconsequential to the incompetence and crookedness exposed on part of the Manitowoc County law enforcement, and how imbalanced and unfair the criminal justice system is when it comes to the leverage the prosecution has against the defence.
The truth didn't seem to matter one iota, the police just got to decide that Avery and Brendan were guilty and where then backed by an aggressive prosecution that got away with press theatrics and downright lying on multiple occasions, at almost no point in the whole process was this about finding out what really happened.

I nearly thought that was an aged Keith from Kingdom.

>basically locked up his whole life
>retard tier iq
>fat manlet
>still gets more poontang than you
What's the excuse?

I don't bang my cousins.

Name a more tragic character

>someone definitely raped and murdered my sister
>police say this guy did it
>everyone can tell from my body language and sheepishness that I don't even believe the guy did it myself
>seeing the very real possibility that his sister's murder will go unpunished entirely, clings to the increasingly obvious fact that the only person accused of the crime didn't do it and was set up

Every time he showed up on screen it was major cringe fest.

>Blinded my grief: the character

I would rather let a guilty man walk than imprison an innocent one.

>It's a man gets sent to life in prison using the flimsiest of evidence episode
Really restored view on the police, user.

kys

>it's a "I get all my facts from a documentary that neglected to reveal some evidence" episode

they obviously dropped the key in the house. but that's all they did. everything else is a bunch of bullshit.

He finds out that Dasey admits to murder, is not surprised at all, gives a "not my problem attitude"
If I've been framed for a random murder and someone I knew said I they killed the person with me I would flip the fuck out.

OP will never be the prize

Was this the windowlicker who covered a housecat in oil and tossed it into a bonfire?

The whole thing is a huge mess. He was clearly framed the first time but he killed Teresa Halbach for sure. It was just a huge coincidence that a borderline retard framed for murder once happened to actually kill someone later on. What happened was he got framed, he got of jail, the police are still humiliated, hes linked to another murder (that he did this time) and the police jump on that opportunity to redeem themselves by putting him away again. Turns out they didnt need to frame him because he actually did it and just made the whole case look legitimate. He probably shouldn't be in jail cos the case should have been thrown out but he killed Teresa Halbach.

t. amerifats

you're basing that on a biased documentary

t. retard

t. triggered amerilard

t. still retarded

Yeah he's a psychopath. Someone he bunked with when he was in prison for the crime he was framed for said that Steven Avery used to say that when he got out he was going to build a torture chamber and kidnap a girl. Also for some retarded reason the film makers left out the fact that Steven wouldnt stop calling the agency that Teresa worked at to get her to come back to his house to take photos of her car after she refused to go back because she was creeped out after the first time she went. He eventually called the agency under a fake name to get her to show up to his house

>b-b-but you're an Amerifat

The comeback of a cuckolded EuroMuslim when facts are too hard to admit to

>yeah, well sure he lit a cat on fire but boys will be boys! Also, we totally didn't invent "sweat DNA", we swear it's a real thing so don't bother looking it up

A truly unbiased documentary, folks. Michael Moore must be proud of these intrepid documentarians

This is the true story behind the show. There was a massive amount of misconduct by the police and prosecution to say nothing of the outright incompetence that was shown.

yeah but he still did it

i hate this guy, also he's kinda weird trough the whole serie. He never seems sad, aswell as he's friend

>some murderer said a thing to get attention

Just have Sup Forums make an MS Paint picture about it and I'm sold.

There's no such thing as an unbiased documentary, but the angle they took was precisely to empathise what I'm talking about.
It's not inherently about Steven and Brandon's "innocence", but it dials up the possibility to show how fucked you would be in a similar circumstance whether you did it or not.

Honestly don't matter

Halbach's belongings were found on Avery's property. Kratz said her phone and camera were found 20 feet from Avery's door.

Avery's rifle matched the bullet with the Halbach DNA on it.

But he's innocent, since this wasn't on Netflix therefore isn't real

So?

I don't give a slot if they found her bones in his stomach and had video of him eating her with bbq. It doesn't excuse the shit that the justice department there did.

>t. the Prize

This. He was a pretty bad actor. Should have recast him.

Okay, so he calls Teresa Halbach three times on October 31st, twice with his number disguised using *67 and once after with his number clearly visible. The third phone call is meant to establish an alibi: if anyone checks, they'll see he called her, the story being that she never showed up and he called to see if she was coming. Why would someone need to establish an alibi if they were unaware a crime had taken place?

My feelings towards this guy took me by surprise. I knew deep down that I should have felt sympathy for him; when I think about something like that happening to my sister it's devastating. The trouble is this guy was just seemed to me to be so vindictive. He was out for blood and he didn't care what the evidence showed or didn't show.

Solid logic, my man

I dunno.

Probably the same reason why the cops had to check his house 5-8 times until they found a key piece of evidence that was lying on the floor behind a table.

A thousand times this. Price of living in a free society. Price we should all be willing to pay.

>Someone we don't allow the right to vote, made an accusation against this man. I know I believe him!

>woman disappears
>the last man who talked to her is a creepy ex-con with a history of violence towards animals and women
>later her car is found on his property and he burns some stuff in a bonfire for no reason
No, he's totally not the murderer guys
I'm sure the police killed a woman and managed to sneak a fucking car onto his property while he wasn't looking, just so they frame some guy who was suing them

t. riggered amerifat

Ken please. We know it's you.

Definitely hard to sneak a car to the entrance of a car yard if it saves you dozens of millions and your career. Completely impossible.

t. the prize

lets be honest.

the first time he was sent to jail, everyone even tangentially involved in that should've been put in federal supermax for such a blatant abuse of someones civil rights.

Explain the missing blood samples. Explain the blood spatter in halbachs car showing proof it came from a vial.

would never happen

cops lookout for each other and make sure such things aren't done or ever see the public

He was going to win enough money to bankrupt that county. People have done worse for less, also funny how the two sheriff's deputies with the most blame on their shoulders are the two key players in an investigation that wasn't legally supposed to include them. It doesn't have to be a big department wide conspiracy it could've just been those two, and everyone else just had to look away at the right times.

And one of those guys was allowed to go in and out of the crime scene without even needing to sign in or be searched.

>be american
>frame guy who my sister in law doesnt like for murder

Land of the free home of the brave

Neither of these things are true. This has to be bait.

As opposed to your country. It's much easier there, just accuse them of saying something offensive, and they go to prison.

The difference being that that is actually not a thing anywhere whereas your justice system is actually literally in fact third world North Korea tier, fatass.

Stay ignorant, faggot.

independent.co.uk/news/uk/arrests-for-offensive-facebook-and-twitter-posts-soar-in-london-a7064246.html

>just accuse

Is fattie illiterate or just stupid?

Haha, you're very dumb. An arrest is based on the accusation. That's what criminal charges are; accusations. Go back to Sup Forums and cry about how Islam is the religion of peace, Ahmed.

t. retarded yuropoor

Btfo!

So just stupid.

Not him but you should leave the thread before you embarrass yourself further.

>Not him
Yes that always really helps.

Yeah another perspective does help. Thanks for posting.

well he definitely did something wrong. they should have just killed him and made it look like an accident. fucking incompetent cops.

This thread sucks, does anyone have any good wrasslemania memes?

...

>Unironically hating on Ken "The Prize" Kratz

THE AVERY'S DINDU NUFFIN! DEY GUD BOIZ!!

Him and his pal did it.

pretty much

I would give a shit, but then i remember there are millions of people out there not giving a shit, and instead, doing detrimental things to society like making porn and tv shows for cw and freeform, all the while making money doing it.

So i say sir, no, i do not care. When people are held accountable for not caring, ill care.
