french is understandable germany probably because more of them are connected to the internet I presume
Japan has 45 million more people than Germany, and it’s still higher even if you include Austria and Switzerland, and it’s one of the most internet connected places in the world. Doesn’t make any sense why German is above.
looking again, it does look like Japan is above German when it comes to “internauts”, so I guess it’s possible that simply more content is published in German per capita
