Yeah, even though the writers disowned everything like that in the early seasons and the show has changed so much since then, there's been an impressive amount of gay subtext in the last couple of seasons. All the stuff with Hot Dog Guy, Gumball having another nightmare about becoming a wife in "The Girlfriend," Penny "marrying" Gumball and Darwin at the end of "The Bros"... I don't even think that's everything.
