To name a couple things. Whitewater--don't know much about it, but it was a series of scandals the clintons got into when Bill first took office. The Clinton foundation and the money it takes, who it takes money from and why and where that money goes is all questionable--I suppose most politicians have some dirty laundry like this. Then there's Bengazi, which the republicans have tried to pin on her, but the best they can seem to get her on is failing to catch someone else's mistake. Finally is the email server. Not the worst thing a politician's done, but it's pretty clear she broke the law and her allies in the administration blatantly protected her from a charge. The cabinet member in charge of making the decision had a secret meeting with Bill Clinton a couple days before the decision not to prosecute was made.
Not to mention all of the bodies that follow the clintons. You'll have to google that.
