Rival movies

Post them

Last Days of Disco/54

Deep Impact/Armageddon

Capote/Infamous

...

Twister/Volcano

>Best spy film of the year (decade) goes unrivaled
>Barely makes back its budget
Why is the box office ruled by turboplebs?

>2017
>still believes box office numbers are legitimate

There will be blood / No Country for old men

This is the top rival

Point Break > Fag and Furious

Volcano Vs Dante's Peak

White House Down vs Olympus Has Fallen
Only saw Olympus. Was WHD the better action schlock?

WHD is fucking terrible, only good part is James Woods

...

Capekino v Capeshit

respectbly

how about quadruplets?
sorry about shitty pic
i'm not sorry

Antz/A Bug's Life

I saw The Prestige the other day, and it wasn't that good. I kept hearing it was one of Nolan's best but eeeeh it's overrated
I haven't seen The Illusionist

Step aside, losers.

There were a TON of Spy movies recently. Probably over saturation.

is this a meme or was it actually good

kino v flick

Kingsman was much better. Not bad though.

No rivalry here, No country for old men blows TWBB out of the water.

I had fun watching it. Very stylish

Painfully unremarkable.

Best spy movie of 2015 by far.

Try again, plebs

I actually liked it quite a bit. Henry Cavill is much better as a smarmy, happy character than his run as superman. It definitely has Guy Ritchie's fingers all over it.

Damn were there really that many neat spy movies that year. Only one I disliked was Spectre.

Chronicle VS Man of Steel

MARTHA

Casino and Goodfellas?

that blade girl made my dick BONKERZ

...

...

The two Steve Jobs movies.
The good one and the Kutcher one

...

Not the same thing as OP at all.

Im blinded by those fucking stellar quints. Hold me close bale.
>also, good choice

Flipper and Free Willy

The way the fight scenes are shot in this movie make me nauseous. Reminiscent of Jason Bourne shaky cam garbo.

...

Never heard of Dark City. Looks fucking cool from the trailer though.

it's kino m8, give it a watch

well worth a watch

Same year

>good one

did anyone mention Antz and bugs life yet

yeah but I like to see them as the different sides of the same coin

Madagascar 2005/Jungle 2006

>nobody posted this yet

...

gordy btfo

Sacha really dropped off the map after Borat. It's a shame, he puts more effort into his comedies than most of the retards out there.

Ants / A Bug's Life

Pretty much proof of Hollywood spies.

Are you fucking kidding me? PFFFHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

And of course both get compared to Kick-Ass

>Never heard of Dark City

I wish I was you right now, so I could watch it for the first time again.

>Mark Strong in both movies

that's the same movie with different characters by the same director
that's a brother's relationship
like, Locks Stock, and Snatch, by richie

To be fair, he's well on his way to be the british Eric Roberts...

One hell of a double feature.

...

Not released around the same time, not rivals.

...

Thatll do, pig

at least zootopia was actually funny and well made
sing is absolute garbage

Step out of the way plebs, absolute kino coming through.

...

>everyone forgets about the 13th floor

...

jesus what the fuck

>the star from one movie married the star from the other movie
it's like an augmented reality cuck simulator

I saw previews for Sing a few months back and I thought it was some shitty but elaborate, "Let's all go to the lobby," snack advertisement for the theater. The animation and art style was shitty enough that it looked like it could be made for the shitty theater chain.

god I remember how shark tale is
holy shit what a horrible piece of shit

why does no one like my boy Eddie Norton anymore?

...

Big shouldn't be in there, it's not a body-switching movie.

This was the first time in my life (just a wee lad at the time) when I saw trailers and thought, "Huh... battle of the movies, I guess."

Is that movie even funny? The Dictator left a terrible taste in my mouth.

>Zootopia
>having any competition

nah

baaaaa raaam you

ahahah what the fuck

Charlotte's web you fucking neanderthal

I can't even imagine the mindset of anyone wanting to go see the one on the left

How about movies who stole their plots directly form video games?

...

It's funny, but if you don't like jokes about people licking balls and shoving things up their butt maybe his movies just aren't for you

The movie was based on a short story that is much older than the video game.

Liked both but Dante's Peak was my favorite

White House Down v Olympus Has Fallen

Didn't see WHD, but Olympus Has Fallen was shit but entertaining.

You mean movies that were adaptations of short stories released at the same time as a video game? 'Cause 1408 is based on a short story.

a bug's life was obviously the superior film.

Oh unquestionably. I was nuts about A Bug's Life for a while. Antz kind of made me feel gross.

WHD is pretty solid imo, solid 6/10

was breddy good tho papasan

Same fucking year
