Only need a TV license if you have a TV that can receive a signal from open air. Thankfully I only have monitors and IP-TV so I bypass the license requirements.
We even had a "if you have access to the internet (a cellphone more or less) you need to pay a TV-license" thing thanks to no one really wanting to pay for government TV. Their reasoning was that you could access a TV-streaming service so therefore you should pay the TV-license. The court determined the socialists are fucking retarded and forbade the government to force people to pay a TV-license this way.
