Depends on the cop and your age/clothes/car/activity. I've been called both "momak" which basically translates to "young lad" and "gospodin" which means "gentleman". Usually, they'll say "you" in plural ("vi") which is a formality that shows respect.
The more peasant-like cops will just say "you" in singular ("ti") and if you're a teen or in your early 20s they'll add shit like "Do you want a slap?"
