Why is your country so backwards user?

Predicting ~10 death on first day.

isnt it a tram if its on rails

That is a death trap. Chinese people can't drive. That's not a meme either. I mean that for real. They don't know the meaning of lanes, they don't use turn signals -- fuck, they don't even LOOK before turning -- they slaughter each other on the roads daily. And now they're going to be trapped inside that beast doing it.

What if you transport something on the roof of your car?

this.
mowl du lowbob.

doesnt seem cost efficient, i dont see how two buses wouldnt do the job better and cheaper

Western countries have stopped innovating because market interest grabs us by the balls and stifles the application of technological progress if it can't be marketed first

goodbye to your life

Well, then you just keep driving as if you weren't, and kill a few people. That's fine, it's China.

By the way, I bet this will get rammed by at least one truck the first day.

That's racist. As a semi truck I demand you make it taller so I don't have to wait on your slow ass.

Even on Canadian highways, my passengers will warn me if an Asian driver is changing lanes within 25 feet of my car. Many times it has saved us from getting in an accident.

When do we get the bus that goes on top of this bus?

there's stupid shit and then there's this

>futurstic
we could have done this shit years ago

>Trucks don't exist in China

Which retard invented this thing

>Western countries have stopped innovating

I have a phone that's more powerful than a desktop computer I had 10 years ago.

So what happens if there is a van, or a trunk

Rt is shit

Holy shit the cars go under it ? Like zoom zoom ?
That looks dangereous
what happens at a curve ?

Who gives a fuck about a toy phone , there's more to technological progress than computing

it rides on rails retards, most lokeyl only specified cars will be allowed on the track, or just a huge clown horn that tell someone to move

mating season

>there's more to technological progress than computing

Computing is probably 99% of tech progress m8

>what happens at a curve ?

boom boom

We now have medicines that cure diseases that couldn't be cured 10 years ago.

Yea noone is going to drive below that thing, its just going to create congestion

>Making a solution in search of a problem is a good idea.
Lets see all the ways this thing wouldn't work, even in most of china
1) Most cities are far to crowded and the streets are too narrow
2) Its going to back up trucks and anything larger than a small car
3) It needs tracks so why not just make a dedicated rail line anyway.

>mfw the chassis comes from a container crane

Did you read what I wrote.
It can be marketed easily, which is why mobile devuces have seen surges in marketing that never stop.
Concept innovations like this bus aren't explored because it wouldn't make anyone much more money than a sime bus, it would just be slightly more ergonomical.

What if i'm driving mah lifted Ferd?

Thats pretty clever actually.

Obviously, bigger cars won't be allowed where this thing runs.

>yeb
the guac merchant strikes again

This. Fucking, lol

youtube.com/watch?v=I7ZpF4IUOF8
ayy watch it turning, it's made out rubber

Next week the news is going to read: Futuristic bus that drives self above car traffic responsible for worst traffic accident in human history

Man fuck Chinks and their shitty quality.

No we don't. Not to mention antibiotics is going to be useless soon. We are going back to the 1800s literally in a few years.

This innovation increases public transportation and bicycling 5000% so no private sector trucks needed. Also all industrial trucks drive at night. I bet you feel pretty fool at this particular moment criticizing innovation of the century.
Regards Green voter.

I believe his name is Wisa Kud Dlaiv, or Khant Dlaiv Fo Sit.
Something along these lines.

TFW I liven in China and it's fatality rate on the roads is only a little higher than the US. Their driving looks like chaos but it's not. I've watched intersections that looked like madness and yet no one got hit. They have a way with it and it's certainly not our way and makes me uncomfortable as hell but they deserve a little credit there. Puerto Rico is where driving equals death.

The bus will be driving above cars, not cars under it. The bus will come from behind and pass cars. No one will ask the driver if they want a bus above them or not.

That's because something like this isn't worth investing in. Because of the size it just looks inefficient, and who would want to pay for more gas? That price would have to be carried over to the customer. I can't see it being any faster than a regular bus either, can you imagine what a hassle turning would be? Semi trucks are hard enough to turn corners with and they're not nearly as wide. The private market would never fund something like this because it's garbage. This is the kind of project that only a government would fund

>chinese can't drive
>they're supposed to drive underneath a much larger vehicle and not hit the sides
>passengers have to board via elevators that go down to street level even though there are FUCKING CARS UNDERNEATH THE BUS
I can't wait to hear about all the casualties from moron drivers in China continuing to try to pass under the bus while it is stopped and plowing straight into the elevators full of people

>Asians
>High IQ

I am not believing this meme when it comes to China.

When driving is fully automated this will be a safe option.

Some old woman is going to freak the fuck out when her car suddenly gets eaten by a bus demon and barrel through everyone in front of her.

I can only imagine the insurance rates on a bus like this. It's just one giant liability.

Looks cool as fuck

>live in china for 4 years
>have intimate knowledge of how these illiterate rice farming peasants drive

This is going to get interesting real quick.

Fucking kek. digits confirm.

I was just thinking the same.

It's mostly due to their culture of hard work.
A culture that makes them also seen like soulless work machines.
I'd rather have a slightly dumber population with lassion than a bunch of work-all-the-time soulless machines.

When the west automizes we won't need their outsourced cheap labour anyway.

Its on rail bud, like a train.

This is fucking retarded and dangerous.
Seriously.

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING???

Made with the colaboration of LJN Toys.

IQ studies of China have been on urban centres which are naturally higher IQ. As based LKY says, nobody really knows what the human capital of the remaining rural population is like; and that's a huge factor in the future growth of China. We'll just have to wait and see.

Let me explain what's going to happen. People in China push and shove in traffic, honking is a form of negotiation. There are a million negotiations going on at the same time so watching the road is stressful. The larger the car, the harder it is to know all the fuckers around you on bikes and mopeds and everything. In the city all the small vehicles swarm around the big ones everywhere they can fit. It takes constant 360 awareness to drive there without killing people.

This thing will end 1 of 2 ways.

1. Some truck driver will not be aware of the height limit and think he can make it. Bam, there go everyone's legs.

2. The walls block everyone's views and they don't know how fast they are foing or where any signs are or exits or it's dark under and no one has lights on etc. A crash beneath it imobilizes it. Fire burns up. Perhaps the bus is not in a place it can evacuate, like next to a wall.

3. It turns or it passes a turn. I don't see how a tube can accomodate all the swarming vehicles around turns. This will be nuts.

It's basically one of these, but more dangerous for no explicable reason.

Nice Hitler dubs.

This is final solution of public transportaton. 6 gorillion will die.

But unlike a train, cars under it need to turn. It's going to chop someone in half on the first day.

It's so bad that the mind reels. People can't drive generally, china is worse. They basically have the principle of the bus using dedicated rails that go over regular roads, including crossing over existing lanes, and underneath the bus upper level (where the cars are) there are new control signals (red/yellow/green) that indicate traffic under/behind the bus has to stop for it to execute its turn. Then they have these stations with aboveground elevators that go directly into the bus and stop lights before the stop in case anybody is boarding from street level instead. Then since they use normal roads they're subject to accidents and have to evacuate to road level, so they have emergency brakes, pop out slides for evacuation to street level, etc. - I'd never want to be on that thing and evacuate to street level as I'm 99% sure I would get creamed by traffic that doesn't understand the damn thing.

>2. The walls block everyone's views and they don't know how fast they are foing or where any signs are or exits or it's dark under and no one has lights on etc. A crash beneath it imobilizes it. Fire burns up. Perhaps the bus is not in a place it can evacuate, like next to a wall.
It's supposed to have slides/ramps that deploy from the upper level to near street level from the sides. still a recipe to get hit by oncoming traffic

>3. It turns or it passes a turn. I don't see how a tube can accomodate all the swarming vehicles around turns. This will be nuts.
It's supposed to have a red/yellow/green signal under it, when red vehicles are supposed to stop for it to execute a turn, but it's asking wayyyyyyyyyyy too much compliance from the average driver.

Pretty renders but I just see the video and I'm baffled
youtu.be/t1gTzc7-IbQ

Why not build a tram system above the roads? Christ this is like using a sword to open a can.

Why not just have regular buses that drive in front of and behind cars?

What problem is this invention meant to solve?

the studies you're referring to get averages of ~120 though, the slightly-above-european scores in the 105 range apply to general testing and align with the rest of east asia

What happens if somebody accidentally hits the overbus? Does the bus have to stop with all the people on board? Waiting on the police.

They're Chinks. This is what happens when they try to think on their own instead of steal someone elses ideas.

wow great idea seems really safe

Oh wow, this is a disaster in the making.

Gds tue kfges rode wyr ndw

Nope, wrong. You're talking literally central Shanghai, versus a generally urban population which is what all the studies are taken from.

Actually this guy knows what he's talking about. Just got back from China a week ago. Lanes are more of a suggestion rather than a rule in China. Also there are mopeds, scooters and little bikes everywhere. This monster is going to steamroll over them

waiting for the liveleak video.

yeah... that looks safe

better get 'em on the streets before the collapse hits

...

what about trucks?

>neglecting the fact that Chinese students (and the Chinese generally) cheat shamelessly and without remorse

because the buses need to pass over the traffic

but they drive really slow, i have been and felt safer on the road then in USA. more respect for pedestrians. and this thing is on the freeway besides.

also the possability of someone driving into a greyhound is not new.

In the US that might work. In China you have ancient districts that don't speak the same language. Like poor people from the farmlands and Muslim district don't even know what signals are. It's like the dumbest people in China just got a bunch of dirt bikes and mopeds and such and they just do anything they want all the time.

Then farm folk that need to go into the city for parts or deliveries also are more chaotic and follow no rules.

ex at a US intersection there are times no one is moving. Not in China, not ever. It's a constant swarm of vehicles.

On the plus side, if it works there then it will pretty much work anywhere that doesn't get lots of suicide bombings.

I would freak the fuck out if this thing drove over me

Judge Dredd confirmed these as deathtraps back in the 80s.

shut up chink

>Obviously, bigger cars won't be allowed where this thing runs.

>chinese
>following rules
They're worse at it than the average american negro.

Seeing as bumfuck mongolians have an average score of 101 i don't see why it would differ much from that in rural china.

On a side note, has anyone got some studies to back up le driving asian meme? Last time I saw some user trying to prove it whites had a higher per capita accident rate on the infographs.

What I want to drive a lifted Land Rover?

I work with with the Chinese in an aeronautical field. They are liars and scammers to a degree I haven't saw since I met my first Muslim.

The Japanese I work with are superior in every single facet. Their main negative is that they are socially awkward and its hard for them to ask for help. That isn't a problem for the Chinese as they seem to be born sociopaths and sociopaths have to be extroverted to some degree.

Good luck shutting down entire freeways from semi trucks. Honestly who thought this would be a viable solution?

Geyhounds don't have a hole in the middle that you're supposed to drive through that also looks like your trailer will maybe fit.

What if a lorry speeds through it

I'd like to see numbers instead of anecdotes

It's on rails, so it's restricted to certain lanes of roads where they install the rails. It's not going to be on highways freely.

Surprisingly accurate.

obviously a truck wouldn't decide to drive under you moron

This is kind of like trains we have now, except it drives over cars. Likely the lane will be restricted to cars only. Whether there will be compliance remains to be seenk bute after a few accidents everyone will fall in line

Just make some sort of tunnel at the beginning of the road that have ceiling at the maximum height allowed on the road.

I'd like to see you and all your countrymen return to your homeland Weimin.

This is going to take a lot of infrastructure to support

I can confirm this is the case working in an academic department with loads of Chinese going on 10 years now.

The most humorous thing I saw is when the university pulled their internet access out of their dorms because they kept failing courses due to late night porno and starcraft binges.

Not an argument

5 IQ points is a big difference. It's the difference between the blue banana and the balkans. But yes, when that's worst case scenario it isn't that bad

lol retard

P hard to fake an IQ test administered by foreigners, but yes generally Chinese cheating culture is terrible.

Anyone who goes on about "muh magical Azn communalism and greater good" needs to look at the average chinkboi "student", and his flagrant disregard for the reputation of his race as he does a hack-job of cheating: for which he isn't caught only for the fact that it would stop the chinkstudent cashcow and blow open what everyone knows (ie most chinkstudents cheat). I feel sorry for genuinely honest mainlanders, they will never get an honest job all because their comrade slants are corrupt subhumans.

To say nothing of zombie meat, poison baby milk, gutter oil, etc etc ad mortem

Now that's evidence. Thanks bruh

theres no guard between the roads edge and the tram thing, someone is gonna get nervous while thats passing over them and go straight into the sides of it

>the futuristic machine can solve both the problems caused by overpopulation and traffic jams.

kek, solving overpopulation 1 cink at a time
