Like very mediocre animated movie it will make a ton of money overseas because those markets have few alternatives, and they'll be literally selling ad space inside the movie to other brands and apps since it plays well with the premise. It is impossible for this movie to not make money.

A character, a Toy, a cartoon, a Tv show or even a decade have can have a personality, A face that people can build with affection for relation. Emojis don't have it. People can like corn, but they will not see a movie about a talking corn just because of this.

Rumors from before it was officially announced (Concept Stage) said they were looking for Jim Carrey and Bill Murray. It was in a press release talking about their upcoming movies, I think I read it late last year but fuck I didn't save it, take it with a grain of salt like any other Sup Forums post without a source.

It's still possible they could've turned down the offer, been in other parts, or the people could've decided on a different narrative or voice actors by the time VAs were looked for.

It read along the lines of upcoming stars being in the studio's future movies, listing off potential ones for them too. I think it was on a distributor's page.

It wouldn't surprise me if they did try to get some big stars for this, but I'd see them going more for pewdiepie cameos, markiplier cameos, any big name youtubers, since this is an app story (wasn't that a tagline? An App Story?) and I'm sure they'll be getting some great songs by beloved people like lady gaga or beyonce or some shit too.

yea but the only reason you see it has low attendance was because people actually demanded refunds, in some places. I'd feel pretty hurt if someone went through that trouble over a movie I made, but by all means they deserve it if it was a waste of their money.
