PLEASE HELP: What the fuck comic am I thinking of? It was some french(?) comic from the earlier 2000's or late 1990's, and it starred a panda girl. I think she was on the run from something but I'm honestly not sure. I was only ever able to find a single issue, and now I can't even find THAT.
Pic related is the villain Panda-Mania from The Amazing Spider-Man, because obviously I can't find what I am ACTUALLY looking for. However, the panda girl from the comic I'm looking for what an ACTUAL panda girl- she wasn't just wearing a costume.

I can't really even blame you since apparently the comic I'm looking for came out in like 2011, so obviously not in the time frame I specified. APPARENTLY, it's called Pandamonia. However, after all this, I'm still left hanging because I cannot find anything else out about the comic. All I can find is a few pictures off of dA (pic related) and a listing for two issues on comicvine- but for some reason cover art for three(?). I don't get it.

Pandamonia it is. Spanish is original i believe. Only first issue was translated afaik. (fan made i believe) Second issue is out there in various EU Languages minus English. Author has butthurt when get's compared to Blacksad.
