what is historical music?
youtube.com
Music with historical significance. Like if it was popular during wars, revolutions, or important political movements in your country. The one in the OP was from the US Civil War, based on Sherman's March to the Sea, where marched from Atlanta to Savannah and then up through the Carolinas and burned everything in his path, freeing the slaves and giving the south what they were asking for.
Some other US examples:

How many Americans volunteered in the International Brigades?
youtube.com
Lyrics in description. This one relates to Lapua movement which continued fighting against commies after our civil war.
Think around 2800 or so. There were probably Americans in other forces, too, like the CNT, POUM, etc. Most got fucked over when they came back, though. Like they were denied promotions in WWII. There are a few monuments to them around the US, but most of us don't know a thing about it outside of leftist circles or history buffs.
Fuck it. I'm posting Civil War music, I can't really find anything that it isn't the Civil War.

I think yes, because Tuva is part of Russia hence is part of Russian folk

I'll admit Alas Rojas is probably the best Republican Spanish War song, the rest literally sound like Andalusian gypsie music.
