They pretty much have the same standard of living as the US plus they're Spanish
P.S: I know there are some Mexicans too poor to afford a plane, but I'm talking about the Rich Mexicans

Wealthy people, other than for busisnes don't usually move, some of them send their childrens to Europe because study is cheaper, arround 3000 USD/year + housing so you can study here for arround 7000 USD/year, lots of Chinesses come here
