Webcomics?

I alresdy read Dumbing of age, Blaster Nation, Rocks Cocks, Questionable Content, and Sufficently Remarkable. Any other good comics out there?

Collar 6.

Why does Becky have such beady, evil eyes?

Guilded Age is okay. It's got some kinda wonky bits, though.

K6BD should have enough pages by now to give you a good hour of reading.

There's always Poppy, as well. If you've never read Prequel, that's a good one too.

gunnerkrigg

Lackadaisy

Camp Weedonwantcha

El Goonish Shive is good for some.

Nedroid

Ellory the Shark

Not OP, but I haven't really read Harpy Gee in over a year. How has it been doing lately?

>other
You didn't list one.

Oglaf

Lesbian Mystery Club.

Cassiopeia Quinn

>You will never play video games with your alien bug gf
Never mind, it's too depressing.

Second.

Back by KC Green and the Nedroid guy has also been somewhat interesting so far

It's already too late for you. You are beyond redemption.
I cast you out in the name of Kirby, of Ellis, of Lee!
In the name of Marvel, of Dark Horse, and DC, be gone from this place!

The more I'm exposed to it, the more I find that Countdown has a lot of elements I'm interested in.
Can you tell me what happens with Jimmy and the bug lady?

Holy shit that was cringy.

You should be thankful this is an anonymous site

The fuck is your problem, boy? People talk like that.

Why the fuck else would any of us be here?

>Dumbing of Age

I've never read the other two so I have no opinion on them.

But judging from your tastes, I think you might actually like Sinfest.

>Any other good comics out there?
>not phrased as "Are there any actual good comics out there?"

You mean new Sinfest. Old Sinfest was top shelf.

And maybe Oh Joy Sex Toy

That's more a series of infographics than a comic.

Seems like this can be genuinely educational, when it's not being a faggot.

>dumbing of age

Cup of Love

Cucumber Quest.

on one side, it crushes me to see someone who is about to be happy after eating a nice meal not get to enjoy it but on the other hand the person is assuming that ellory is a shark that can actually get a boyfriend which is a compliment

Do you want one that's ongoing? Because my all time favorite webcomic, Girly, ended about 8 years ago I think.

girlyyy.com/go/1

The art and some of the writing is pretty crap at the beginning but it gets much much better as it goes.

Better than gunnershit fail

It sucks

Ellory would be an /r9k/ origin story if the genders were reversed. Here's to hoping Dave comes out of this rejection a better shark.

>but only if you like DC comics, otherwise it'll be wasted on you

That's not saying a lot, user. It's still godawful.

Latchkey Kingdom is pretty good

Isn't she an Anglo?

Next Town Over
Spellcross (done by a guy on v, update schedule has been wonky)

And one that I am really sad that ended was Heroes Inc. Set in an alternate history, US developed supers during WW2, but the Allies lost when Japan nuked New York and LA (I think). Good use of golden age characters, but it's been dead for a while. The archive is still up, worth a read.

The main character in this sucks donkey balls, though.

Let me guess. Cute and quirky action adventure with a heroine who never experiences negative consequences for anything she does?

It really *isn't*, though. It's shit that you damn well should already know before fucking, presented in a way that talks down to its audience, and has some pretty fucked up views regarding BDSM and sex positivity in general.

Plus, y'know, the artist's obsession with drawing people "of different body types" means that she's frequently drawing fucking aliens.

Order of the Stick: they're finally out of the desert.

Hey qc used to be good at least

Stand Still Stay Silent, if you can take a very slow, contemplative narrative pace in storytelling despite a post - zombie apocalypse setting

Well, they ARE Americans. You know, the country that legitimately considers abstinence only education to be education?

Ugh, 4S. I had to quit reading that shit, just couldn't take it any more. The awful pacing is bearable if they're actually doing something, but every time they get into some sweet post-apoc shenanigans like exploring ruins or being chased by a monster they gotta stop for 5-10 pages so Redhead McDoucheton can take a frolic in the fucking Norse Dreamscape or whatever.

So fucking irritating.

Nigger, I'm an American. Abstinence only education doesn't hit near as much of the country as you seem to think, and the information still does reach them, just a bit later. (And, in too many cases in those areas, after a teen pregnancy already hit.)

Are pregnancy rates and STDs higher in areas with that style of handling the issue? Sure. But THESE ARE NOT THE FUCKING PEOPLE WHO WOULD READ OJST. THEY ARE TRAILER TRASH REDNECKS.

If you actually want to solve a fucking problem, direct the message towards the people who HAVE the fucking problem.

League of super redundant heroes.
Very Sup Forums related.

I'm, personally, a fan of Octopus Pie by Meredith Gran. It's a pretty quirky read and the story arcs tend to be interesting once you get an understanding for the characters.

No you don't.

Even worse than the stuff in the OP.

Not the other guy but I lived in an abstinence only part of America and the stuff about the morning after pill that was posted ITT is new to me. You're not wrong when you say education needs to be better, but OJST is a series of harmless infographics, no need to get worked up over it.

This is how I paladin.

Must be 18 to post on this site, kiddo.

I didn't think anyone on Sup Forums read any of those unironically. Judging from the threads, everyone seem to be mocking them. It's either summer or a great ruse.

But if you truly believe them to be any 'good' then i got some recommendations for you.

Sinfest
Assigned Male
Zen Pencils
Two Kinds
Flora, by Purplekecleon
Strong Female Protagonist

I felt like i just gave crack to a junkie.

>assigned male

>Strong Female Protagonist
forgot how good SFP was.

fuck I hate webcomics 1 page per week/month or whatever is horrible way to distribute your story.

"let me just wait 1 week for a cliffhanger"

Drowtales.

Read the OP again, then read my post again.

>Zen Pencils
Oh god surely not even op is enough of a faggot to enjoy that

Delete it anyway, then delete your Sup Forums account.

OP only have himself to blame. He called them good, i merely gave him suitable suggestions based on his taste.

>forgot how good SFP was.

Don't forget Gyno-Star!

>implying the summer argument has any meaning in the age of smartphones

Yeah, I on the other hand like the slowness. I think a big part of the problem is that people read "post-apocalyptic zombies and magic" and go in expecting explosions and grittiness and intense action and fight scenes or such, but instead the comic's more like a humorous slice of life comic exploring the development of the relationships and friendships between the characters that just happens to take place in a (gorgeously drawn) post-apocalyptic setting and there's this zombie thing and they're on a mission.

I think the comic is fine, if a bit slow, but a problem is that the setting lures in a lot of people who, judging by the comments, aren't used to slower narratives and expect x-men tier "the world's about to end in this storyline, yet again, characters DIE IN GRUESOME WAYS" high stakes max intensity zombie fights, and then call it "unbearable" because there's not enough action to satisfy their expectations.

But yeah, if one is expecting the Walking Dead or Crossed type gritty grimdark survival action with a lot of explosions, blood and tears, SSSS isn't gonna give that. Even when things happen, they happen slowly and subtly, just like in real life, where significant happenings develop stealthily over time.

Anyone who believes the summerfag meme is legit new.

Kill 6 Billion demons is by far the best webcomic I've ever read. The worldbuilding is fucking bonkers amazing, plus there's a shitload of extra texts about its religion and pantheon to read that are very well written too.

>Let me guess. Cute and quirky action adventure with a heroine who never experiences negative consequences for anything she does?

You could not be more wrong. Why not just read it? There's no dialogue so it wouldn't even take long

Sakana's good

...

This page (and the following pages) apparently caused the author to get a bunch of hate mail. I find it wonderful becuase it illustrates how cut off from the rest of the world the Nordic survivors actually are, China is barely even known as a real place. There is another page, shortly after where ponytail area a stained glass cross and tries to ask what it is, but the glass crumbles and he is unable too. I love this, showing how completely cut off they are, only educated people who know history have any real idea that there may be other survivors, but the politically correct crowd won't allow it

Redditors and ten year olds talk like that.

>good

Wasn't this super SJW-ey though? I seem to recall seeing a strip from these that was like that.

...

It tries but tumblr finds it hilariously bad

If you like cute things, I could recommend Erma and Modest Medusa.

That's some good taste you have there, user.

Say what you will about SSSS, It's got some real good art, and the author is pretty nice. Actually answered a twitter question about the etymology of a characters name I sent her. I love how she handles language barriers. It's really unique as opposed to how everyone just uses a lingua franca.

Anyways, she made a 556 pg webcomic (A Redtail's Dream) as practice for 4S. It doesn't have the best ending, and it's kind of repetitive at times, but it's a decent webcomic in it's own right.

Why did she get hate mail?

It's not actively preaching SJW values, but everything in it is obnoxiously progressive.

Almost everyone is some kind of gross, pudgy abomination who is nearly always of some kind of bizarre sexual orientation that is represented linguistically in what can only be described as gibberish.

Safe to say, it's not to my tastes, but it's not preachy like Assigned Male, so whatever.

I found both it and Tumblr hilariously bad, but whatever.

Erma is at brandontheoutcast.tumblr.com
Modest Medusa is at modestmedusa.com

Zoophobia is ok

Sounds to me like you should go read some Zen Pencils

Where he says that language is Kung Fu, it was originally Chingaling, and people took offence to that.

As in, these people, who are completely cut off from the rest of the world and have been for generations, should know that what they say is offensive to people today.

It used to be ok.
Then it started to focus on the schoolkids, and now she only updates to patreon.

I just wanted to know what happens with Eris, not about some stupid teen romance.

Well that's stupid.

Why does a comic page have a watermark.

ifunny steals from actual comics too?

Laughing for real m8

Try Gaia. Pretty great (albeit traditional) worldbuilding and increasingly complex plotting, with both the adventure and humour on point. The author has a clear plan for the ending of the story, so no endless filler like in QC and some other places.
