Do I get frozen pizza for 12€ a piece?

We don't have big chains so prices differ from place to place.
Here in town a pizza costs between 35kr (about 4 dollars) upwards of 145kr (15-16 dollars).
And those pizzas can be identical in term of size and ingredients.

In my local place a standard pizza costs 35kr.
A special (kebab, viking, others) costs 45kr.
Family size costs 55/65kr for the same ones.
Don't really know what a pizza with "everything" would look like here.
Like, kebab meat, beef, sausages, fries, 10 different cheeses, fruits, chili, ham, shrimps and probably a hundred more toppings..

But if we are talking, lets say a kebab pizza with extra everything (extra meat etc) then it costs 10kr extra.
But down the street in another pizzeria it's 3x as expensive.

This.
>pic related, how pizzerias looks like here in town
>we have like 20 of them or more, some better than others
