Kenya - great care for the environment, very friendly people
Rwanda - The current president, Paul Kagame,. literally chased Hutu militias into the DRC and wiped them the fuck out. DRC couldn't do shit because it's the fucking DRC.
Namibia - government has it together. Fantastic nature as well.
Botswana - comfy and quiet beacon of stability in southern Africa
