I agree close the thread, Alice is the only answer.

this movie fucking bombed though

...

Not even Walt liked this movie. It has no plot and the main character has no strong motivation.

why

If you're not posting Pinocchio, you're factually wrong

I dont see why people dont choose Tarzan more.

>great character designs
>great morals
>gorgeous visuals and implementation of 3d with 2d
>good musics
>great fight scenes
>Jane being objectively one of the more interesting Disney girls

Fantasia,

/thread

Tarzan is a really good movie, but I'm not a fan of Phil Collins.

Dat fem Tarzan though. THICCCCCK

Very droll.

Agreed. Also waifu and all that

...

>Tarzan's music
>good
Oh that's a laff, good one m8!

Surprised this isn't talked about more

Why would it
it sounds like the show only got worth mentioning in the last half of the last season

That's because season 2 was more sequential with it's 4 22 minute episodes, keeping more of a continuity, opposed to the shorter 11 minute episodes

What? Americans dont like the music of Tarzan?

It was great from the start.

nope. Phil Collins a shit

At least visually, Sleeping Beauty is definitely Disney's greatest.

BEST work, user. Not most overrated work.

Only Disney movie I can watch. It's really good desu. People say it's different but that's why it's better than their other shitty movies.

>music
tits

Remember when Trey Parker and Matt stone got pissed at Phil Collins for winning the Oscars with "You'll be in my heart" over the songs from the south park movie?

why so r00d d00d?

le Box Office success = quality meme.

jungle book was probably my favorite.
>tfw baloo is the animal equivalent of The Dude

Anyone wanna Bust-a-Moo?

Best work, not worst work that literally killed 2d animation dept.

railsliding

on

vines

I'll take movies that literally no one watched for 400$ Alex!

This. This this this. Thousand times this.
It's curious how fantasia 2000 sucked... i wonder why...

I remember being excited for this because of the trailer. I watched it in the theater... boy how disappointed i was... i was just a child but even so I sensed how shit it was

It was an interesting time period.

> Childhood nightmare
Who has the balls to put that on a children's movie nowadays, who?

This is true.

>That background
hnggggg

>Not "The Brave Little Toaster"

It's almost like OP is trying to act retarded

This

>disney
who's retarded again?

Anastasia is the best disney movie.

It says Disney right there on the image. Images don't lie, user.

Except it is a Disney movie.

This isn't even the best adaptation of the source material, let alone the best Disney film.

Watch out, best Disney film coming through.

I hate how whored out it has become

Technically Disney did fund it, but it's not part of the Disney Classics canon. Not sure who currently owns it though.

Bill Murray was great as Baloo, but damn would it have kicked so much ass if Jeff Bridges played him instead?

>that feel that no matter what Disney every created will never live up to what one angry ex-Disney animator did on a shoestring budget

It is literally the best traditionally animated film ever created.

i wish they didn't scream that much onscreen otherwise pretty good show

What? You're not a fan of 16yo girls wearing Jack Skellington beanies and Invader Zim shirts at your local Hot Topic?

Did anyone else get a boner from this scene?

I would argue land before time was better but it's close

I can't believe she was voiced by a real little girl
She sounded so mature

disney was best at drawing sexy duck asses

It was the British accent the added to it.

Anyway this is correct answer:

Let me show you some real music.

Hyperactivity never looked so good

1. In the very beginning of Fantasia, Deems Taylor explains the three varieties of segments: stories (e.g. Sorcerer's Apprentice), imagery (e.g. Nutcracker Suite), and abstract imagery (e.g. Toccata and Fugue). Fantasia 2000 only has the first, and thus the film becomes more about stories than animation and sound, which become merely background to...

2. Really boring, trite segments. The most obvious "yay, happy!" to "oh no, sad..." to "yay, happy again!" transitions. The worst being Carnival of the Animals, which is painfully unimaginative and a waste of space, and Pomp and Circumstance, simply a lesser Sorcerer's Apprentice.

3. Uninspiring animation. The CGI is has aged very poorly, but also wasn't very good to begin with; Toy Story 2 had just premirered before 2000's release. Symphony No. 5 was especially lazy, a cute idea (imagine a world of polyginal bugs) stymied by exactly zero variety. Firebird looked good, though.

The one exception: Rhapsody in Blue was brilliant.

Now but I got a boner from this scene.

Meant to type "no"

The Tarzan OST is Phil Collins' best album tho

This is good but the last time I watched it I felt there were a lot of instances of characters spelling out the obvious. Not even like exposition, either, just pointless dialogue to give the background characters shit to say.

It probably is the best Bluth film though.

I'd like Land Before Time better if it weren't hacked and rearranged to shit. The narration was also added after the fact without Bluth's knowledge or approval and it kind of shows.

...

that's pretty sad

>already fapped to alice today
>now an alice thread is stirring

you can't do this to me co

Well, Phil has produced some pretty good songs over the years (In The Air Tonight is the most obvious example) but to have an album packed with solid songs like Strangers Like Me and Son of Man is nothing to be ashamed of.

having a modesty fetish must be so difficult

this. what a masterpiece.

In today's world? You bet

>Alice in Wonderland
>plot

Seriously, what was Walt expecting?

find a gf who's into egl and enjoy long socks, bloomers, pettis and other lovely nonrevealing things

It literally isn't.
