Please carefully do your research before accepting your position. 1900 dollars for what? How many teaching hours? How many office hours? What is the total package? Do they give you free housing? If not then you'll be paying $500 or more on a livable place in a relevant part of the city. Is that ok with you?
I just accepted a position in a relevant part of Beijing for $3000 with housing for 18 teaching hours and no office hours per week.
