Spiderman and Wolverine were fighting and a woman who wanted to commit suicide crept up on Spiderman. Spiderman was so wound up that he thought it was Wolverine sneaking up on him so he threw out a blind punch meant for a man with a metal skeleton. She died instantly. Spiderman felt like shit about it.
Ultimate Norman Osborn did kill Harry in a fit of rage and immediately after asked the SHIELD agents surrounding him to kill him.
I think that was his only redeemable moment.
