Are there any good movies about Samurai that isn't pic related?

Star Wars

No, The Last Samurai is the only good samurai movie.

If only there were a country that makes a lot of Samurai movies because it's something out of their own history, then you'd have a lot of possibilities to choose from.

>Modern shit
The Twilight Samurai
When the last sword is drawn
13 Assassins

>old shit
>Seven samurai
>Yojimbo

Harakiri
Heaven and Earth
Kagemusha
Shogun

The wolverine
Ghost dog the way of the samurai
G.I samurai

FPBP

French did samurai pretty well. This is actually probably the best non-Japanse samurai film.

The Japs are losing that part of their history due to present western Christfag empire. It must all be rewritten as the failed Samurai was really just the last stand against the never ending waves of Christfag missionaries and eventually soldiers of the Christfag invading and coopting the tiny island nation of slanty eyed but clever people. Scientologist Cruise plays that perfectly in the only fully sanctioned modern Samurai movie appropriating the remaining culture nicely.

Based cruiseposters.

that doesnt count and you know it

Kurosawa
