What do you think we should do about the nigger problem facing America today?
I think limiting reproductive rights is the most humane and least costly solution. By expanding the scope of Planned Parenthood and providing free abortions and birth control to low-income families, we can begin to reduce the brown population. We could also offer monetary incentives for sterilization, or for reproducing if you have a college degree. Barring violent criminals from reproducing is also a good first step.
Ideally, the state would need to start licensing breeders and parents as well. Thoughts?

But here's the thing-- welfare does have legitimate social benefits that extend to you and me. If poor people are taken care of in some capacity, this stops most of them from committing crime on the streets. You could offer welfare but require college enrollment. So if someone wants section 8 housing, they have to be enrolled in school to get it. This would incentivize getting an education if you knew your housing and food depended on it.
