Who's your cream team Sup Forums?

"Team Edge and the Meme Machine"

What, like, who we'd most like to see on a book together? Or just... our favourite characters?
I'd be totally down for your selections if they were played with a sense of irony and a 90s-as-hell attitude.

Multiversal team of non Marvel or Dc characters...
>The Shadow is the Batman of the team...
>Space Ghost is the Superman of the team...
>Dragonsbane is the Thor/Shazam of the team...
>Nariko is the Wonder Woman of the team...
>Shark Man is the Aquaman of the team...
>Sara-Witchblade is the...
>Rubi Malone is the Black Widow of the team...
>Rai is the Ninja/Ironman of the team...

Multiversal Villains Team...

Dc heroic teams...

Classic New Mutants. So good.

Cream team?
The team you want to have run a train on you?

Dc Villains Team...

>Charaxes

Thunderbolts...

I like monsters!

All Female Team...

I actually like this

>Captain Marvel
>Ms. Marvel
>Silk
>New Wasp
>Finesse
>Gwenpool
>Nomad

Waifuvengers

Basically All Star X-Men plus Longshot, cuz I like him. Written by Claremont or fuck it.

Hearts Of Darkness 2?

MEME

E TEAM

Might as well call the universal team "Team Waifu".

why that kid has stubble

+ Surfer

The Justice League Detectives
> Ralph and Sue Dibny
> The Question
> Detective Chimp
> The Riddler (probationary member)

Team dedicated to saving lives the hard-boiled way, though they are secretly an Internal Investigation group funded by the Batman and monitored by Martian Manhunter to keep an eye on the other members of the Justice League.

Multiverse hopping team based on specific expertise.

>Team Leader
>Tank
>Afterlife expert/slayer
>Overall brains
>Scientist/sensor
>Speedster
>Extra terrestrial expert (I realize that Doctor doubles as this, but he's too arrogant and wont be honest whether or not he knows something, which is important)
>Magic expert

Who sleeps with Samus?

Beat me to it. This gotta be bait

>Ash Williams in Anything
You know how to make things instantly good. Was the Evil Dead Comic worth reading?

...

Shamelessly stolen team.

A science/espionage-themed team of shrinking members organised by Hank Pym:
>Hank Pym (benefactor/organizer/mission control)
>Janet van Dyne/Wasp I (field leader)
>Scott Lang/Ant-Man (infiltration/theft specialist)
>Rita DeMara/Yellowjacket (field medic)
>Tom Foster/Goliath (scientific support)
>Nadia Pym/Wasp I (field operations)
>Cassie Lang/Stinger (field operations)
The book would be called Astonishing Avengers, though they'd have no official name in-universe. Scott calls them the "Antvengers", and everyone hates it. (He also tries "Ultimants", "Inhumants", "Chantions", and "Uncant-y X-Men".)

Alternatively Spot and Panda-tits, because I like Spot's powerset and Panda-tits

There already was a squeal called the dark design. With wolvie, punisher and the real Ghost rider Danny ketch.

>Was the Evil Dead Comic worth reading?

Depends which one.

DC heroes, as sort of a cruise through space. As result of an accident, probably involving Adam Strange's Zeta beams, they're stranded on some remote part of the universe on an abandoned but still functional Watchtower-like big ship. Isolated from any DC Universe high authority, their goal is to find their way home, having adventures on their way.

>Nightwing as a cool rational team leader, Batman lite. Keeps the team together. Has some self-confidence issues, but can't let them show.
>Zatanna as the group's magic user and sort of Dick's love interest, never gives up, sort of the team mother.
>J'onn as a stern but supportive father figure, takes care of everybody. Capable and willing to sacrifice himself for the team, has some guilt for their current predicament.
>Booster Gold, regarded as a shameless glory hound and freeloader who tagged along by accident; he's really trying to accomplish something extremely important as Rip Hunter ordered him, but keeps it as a secret.
>Jaime Reyes as a sort of confused but excited about the adventure younger teammate. He's the only one who tolerates Booster, as he wants to know more about Ted Kord and he was his best friend.
>Big Barda, brooding and enraged most of the time. Heavy hitter, vents out her frustration of missing her husband at brutally mauling their enemies. Deep down she feels just like J'onn and protects everyone if she can.
>Crazy Jane; WILD card of the team. Her being dragged along with the team was a very unfortunate event, as she's away from the people who really understand her, and the team as a whole make an effort to comfort her, particularly J'onn and Zatanna. Her bizarre abilities and personality make the team react to her with emotions ranging from guilt, pity and disturbance to endearment, protectiveness and even warmth.

They go from planet to planet, meeting cosmic and extra dimensional DC characters of the likes of the living existential nightmares Grant Morrison devised for his Doom Patrol run.

I found most of them kinda bad.

The Foo' Killers

Dr. Strange and Magik

Faaaaaaaak yesssssssssss

I'd read that, Sup Forumsmrade.

Thanks! I think it would be a nice setting for a cartoon as well, maybe redesigning Jane to make her younger or something, as people love that kind of character (I'm convinced she's not more popular cause nobody gives a shit about Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol). I also wanted to use an archer, but neither Ollie nor Roy would fit the position of leader in the team, so I chose my favorite Bat family member instead, and he tied the team together a lot better. I also was torn between Power Girl or Barda, as I love both, but Karen's also sort of comic relief and the team needed a character that was as bit of a rude jerk, or capable of being it. Plus she's a bit more original.

I think they all strike a nice balance. You got a cool non-superpowered hero as the head of the team to be the main character for the audience to relate to, a cute and perky female hero everybody loves who also gives it a bit of romance, a "Jerk with a Heart of Gold" to be a lot more deep down, a younger more innocent hero to be paired up with the last one for comic relief (like Blue and Gold were meant to be), two aloof and more mature and reliable heroes; one of them brooding and the other insightful and a surprise pet team of sorts, who can be all of those things at once.

Talking about the Evil Dead comics or the Army of Darkness comics? Because the Army of Darkness comics are kick ass.
