you can fap to it
I liked it a lot. But its objectively not that great.
i liked it more than Person of Interest,
it's not high art but it certainly gets better the more serialized it gets, which unfortunately after like 22 episodes of the first season
The main girl character can't act but it's a good x-files replacement.
I just want a quality scp-tier show is that really to much to ask for
she's somehow good at doing the whole dual personality thing later in the show but olivia as a character has the personality of a dead moth
It's fun and worth watching for Stewart of Gondor, alone. They drag it out longer than it should have run, but it ends on a high, sad note. The entire father/son plot arc is pretty heartfelt.
What's the vaguely similar show involving a warehouse full of paranormal or superscience items.
Warehouse 13
>olivia as a character has the personality of a dead moth
This is the real problem. I feel like a lot of people hate on her acting ability, but Fauxlivia was really quite decent, it's just that her character's writing makes plain white rice look like Mapo Tofu.
It's ok. I'm a huge sci fi fan but got bored by Season 4 and gave up on it. The Dad Walt is pretty fucking annoying too.
Thank you.
Walter really makes the whole show, his relationship with Ostrich is pretty fun too.
>syfy
is it any good?
I've never seen it, the question was just simple enough to be solved by searching "warehouse tv show"
It's undoubtedly trash
I loved Asteroid.
Season 1 and 2 are great.
Do you think walter and afro ever got in on?
I enjoyed Fronge.
Definitely not.
It's okay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but I wouldn't turn anyone interested in watching away either.
...
Heresy. Person of Interest was much more consistent.
Anna Torv is a great actress, Prime Olivia has autism due to childhood abuse.
Season 4 shit the bed, but Letters of Transit and Season 5 were absolutely amazing.
Why did you like it more than POI?
I said the same thing in the thread that died earlier today. Currently in my 3rd rewatch back to back in s4, it's my all time favorite TV show.
The world building was kino, all these CW capeshits need to take note of the pacing, set design and FX
Whats your favorite moment of the show?
Mine is probably when Olivia manages to get a message across to Peter in S3E7.
Terrible writing. If you enjoy all the mediocre procedural shows, it's a good waste of time though.
don't mind me, just posting best episode
>Season 4 shit the bed, but Letters of Transit and Season 5 were absolutely amazing.
I watched up until the Fauxlivia and real Olivia switched back to their original places and teamed up together. Walt Jr was still confused about which Olivia he liked best and.. blah blah blah it all got a bit Dawsons Creek. Might've been the start of Season 5 where I quit.
No, that's before it starts getting good again, you'd know if you saw it.
But that's not Entrada.
like the guy said above you, PoI is more consistent. which is okay, but makes it a bit more predictable. I was never sure what would happen on fringe and that kept me interested.
they're both good JJAbrams shows. POI plays it a little too straight for me.
autist Astrid from the other universe was top qt
This
> The main girl character can't act
This is objectively not true.
The reason why a lot of people think this is because Olivia has such a flat & emotionless personality but that turns out to be a major plot point later on.
And lets not forget all the Alt's
Fringe 1985 > all others
It's pretty good. Season 2 is best. The one with parallel Olivia is worst.
>The reason why a lot of people think this is because Olivia has such a flat & emotionless personality but that turns out to be a major plot point later on.
don't act like this was planned though
> Is this any good?
Yes. It starts out making you think you're watching a new X-Files copy but slowly turns into something very very different.
Unlike a lot of shows the writers knew exactly what they were doing and planned multiple seasons ahead. So much foreshadowing early on that was completely overlooks by everyone.
I do think it kind of could have been, but it doesn't really excuse it regardless. It's just not that entertaining to watch such a wooden character, even if there is a reason for it. You either have to give them development or at least explore something about them to make them interesting, and I wouldn't really say they did this with Olivia.

Is Fringe the most kino Ford commercial to date?
Well she got kidnapped because of the cortexiphan trials in season 1, so they knew about that from the start.
Its in my top 10. Mainly because John Noble was amazing.
...
Have you watched Fringe? Literally everything (except maybe season 5) was planned from the beginning.
> don't act like this was planned though
What? Of course it was.
Olivias childhood trauma, medical experimentation and the whole "soldier" personality was all planned out beforehand.
On rewatch I realised there actually are quite a few hints that the Observers are planning on colonisation or at least something fishy. I don't think they planned the finer points, but having them be the ultimate antagonists was planned.
Yeah. Season 5 was the most unplanned but only because they thought they were getting cancelled during season 4 and wrote accordingly. But then got a late pickup for the last season.
it is not
good ideas fucked over raw, with commercial breaks
> commercial breaks
huh?
hurr we were only pretending to be retarded
I don't mind seeing Lance Reddick in every show that has cops in it
it's prime kino
One of the best sci-fi shows of recent times.
someone give link to download
>I don't know what objective means so I'll just say it and look like a retard
Congrats
It's great, one of my favorite shows.
It's pretty cool. Enjoyable scifi, great concepts. Some seasons were pretty bad, and the last one is a little bit of a letdown. But it's very entertaining.
But where is his iconic slave role?
I saw this on release and have forgotten so much but vaguely remember some loophole in time where he was in a KANGZ role.
Characters are god-tier, arcs are fascinating, episodic stuff is really good.
>episode 2 sets up major plot points in the show's THIRD SEASON
This show's planning and foreshadowing was supreme.
