I'm tempted to look into a similar field when I finish my Chink studies, I was looking at openings as far as Las Vegas for top tier casinos or hotels. Going to be a long couple of years until I'm good enough for a company like that though.
I think in your case you'll need some form of study abroad if you want it to be at an employable level too, like some american here said last week learning how to speak 普通话 outside of constant conversation and immersion is impossible.
