I honestly believe there is no singular "best" film, but a movie without a single misplaced frame or any flaws whatsoever in my opinion is No Country for Old Men.

To me, a great movie doesn't just constitute all the technical aspect that make it great, but also the lasting effect it has on you. So maybe combine both of those into one.
